Thank you for the honest review. This water situation is very temporary and will conclude in 48 more hours. The city (KSAC and NWC) are working on changing out a water main. There are scheduled intermittent interruptions for five days. We offered to relocate the guest before check-in, and he wanted to be close to the US Embassy and said he preferred to work about the scheduled interruptions.

Thank you for the warm review. We allow guests to check in as early at 2pm and out as later as 10am. The 4 hour gap is used to completely detail the entire apartment. Pleasure serving you. Please come again.

Twice he left a yellow card under your door stating he came to do the repair but you were out. The third time Aug 9th 1:19pm your husband indicated to him it was the chain in the tank fell off the handle and he reconnected it himself. Glad you enjoyed the stay and we look forward to hosting you again.

Donhead has constructed two years ago, so the building and everything in the apartments are 2 years old. As I am responding to this review on Aug 26, 2017, a review was just posted by Tony and Heather with a photo of the building. Crissy showed up at the gate with 2 reservations in the other names. She was unable to produce any identification matching the names on the reservations and was never checked in. We eventually called the cops on her and she left. There is an element of misrepresentation and fraud involved with these two retaliatory reviews. We are now petitioning Expedia to remove these two reviews. Note: Crissy never set foot on the grounds.

Roxanne, you were given an itemized itinerary with the overall price broken down. I understand you do not agree with how much of the balance is allocated to fee and what portion is room rate. I always advise guest focus on the total and then try to determine if what they are getting - which is a full apartment - is a value. Getting a full apartment for less than you would otherwise pay for a hotel room should be a value to most.

Good day Mr Anonymous, we are disappointed in ourselves that your expectations were not properly managed. The first review speaks to a pre-arrival orientation to set guest expectations. We operate 23 guest apartments not to be confused with a hotel. You get a "full apartment" with all the amenities comforts of home. What you do not get is the intrusion of a hotel. We are staffed and if you want your apartment cleaned, you can request it, but our assumption is that you do not want to be bothered. At $120 a night for a family of four and the opportuity to conserve by making their own meal, this is a deal. We are design for folks who do not want to be hovered over and are tired of being stuck in a single room. Folks who want more and want to pay less. I see our offering was not in line with your expectations but you still gave us high marks and we are elated over that. We will be sure to convey the offering in advance.

Thanks for the review. This is true we are walking distance from the US Embassy, a major shopping mall and from Bob Marley Museum. Our top floor apartments have 20 feet vaulted ceilings.

A very high % of our units have living room AC which is rear in Jamaica. 100% of our units have bedroom AC units with independent self-regulating temperature control. 100% of the one bedroom apartments have living room AC units and more than 2/3 or the 2 bedroom apartments has living room AC. We are elated that you were pleased with the accommodations and I can see you have found the mall. We look forward to hosting you again the future.
