“Hotellet har ett bra läge om man vill bo mitt i Osaka. Det är lätt att ta sig till de mest besökta gatorna från hotellet (cirka 10 minuters promenad). Servicen var bra men sängen var hård.”

Saknade spegel och sminkspegel. Blött i hela duschrummet efter dusch. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Skulle nog välja samma hotell i gen vid samma resa pga läge och utbudet på frukosten ”

“Our room was very spacious with a pre room with sofa and TV. Nice bathroom with full sized bath tub and a spacious bedroom with a nice view of bay and town. Service was good, my charger broke and they provided me with one, I asked if i could checkout 1h later, no problem.”

“Enjoyed our time at this property as it had everything along with all of the amenities. As a family of 5 the late night ramen from 9 to 10pm was a hit! I was able to use the onsen 2 times during our 6 night stay (got back too late from universal and expo) and found it good. One large pool along with a small cold pool.
