“Nita is an OUTSTANDING host. Everything we could think of was provided in the house so we didn't need to go to the store for anything. The house is beautiful and perfect for a couple to get away for a little bit. Very clean, well stocked, and great central location to restaurants and the beach. You can really tell Nita puts a lot of love into the house and wants to make her guests feel at home. Great communication and trip to remember. Thank you for everything!”

“We met up with our daughters as we all live in different states. This cottage had everything we needed for a quick long weekend trip. We arrived ahead of our girls. There were beach chairs, kayak and all the items that we didn’t have to bring. Retail and restaurant’s are in walking distance. There is a bar/ restaurant across the street. You do not hear the outside noise from within the house. We had a wonderful time in a lovely home.”

“The property was brand new and clean. The host Sergey was real helpful and answered every question I had. The only faults about the house is the furniture the futon was not comfortable it needs a couch or something softer so you can enjoy watching TV in the evening and needs a bigger kitchen table. I don't know how they would do it but it also needs some sort of stove but I guess it's just not big enough to put one in there. Overall it was a great stay and very clean”

We had received a notice previous renters had made notification but we did not hear back This home is still in excellent location and still a nice home to rent”
