They had no excuse and according to the hotel we finally managed to find with an available room on a fully booked site, they said that this hotel do so over and over again to be sure having it fully booked even with last minutes cancelled rooms. “Property was suffering beach erosion after the winter and early storms on the Oceanside. But spectacular view from room and deck on the Oceanside. We should have asked them for a regular coffee pot. Very disappointed that the hot tub was not even warm. We went for beach horseback ride and for 62 yo we sure could have used it. Mgmt tried to get propane for hot tub . But just couldn’t. ”

“Difficult review to do - this area has been damaged by hurricanes and it’s very evident in surrounding area. This mom and pop type motel was built in the late 50’s - a small one story brick building with only 11 units. The owners/ managers aren’t on site. When we pulled in, we were ready to leave. HOWEVER - the owner happened to be there and showed us the units. They were spotless. Floors were clean, beds had nice white linens, towels were big white and fluffy.
