“I think it was oversold on Expedia. I was expecting a more upscale experience. Having said that, for a basic lodging, it was between 4 and 5 stars. Everything was "OK." Staff was very helpful and informative.”

“On here Expedia I have sent serval messages to the property asking and according to the hotel they never received a single message. Nor did any of my questions get answered. According to the hotel, they also stated that the pool and Jacuzzi was out of service and they claimed they told you to post it. It is not posted anywhere and the annoying messages you sent me never stated they were out of service. You wasted my trip experience Expedia..”

“The property has some age showing but, the room was clean and the A/C was working good. The staff were helpful and parking was free. There was some aircraft noise but not disturbing. Overall I’d stay there again.”

“Was on the 1st floor. Noise from upstairs neighbor walking was LOUD - no sound barrier. Additional issues include tv/remote did not work, no stopper in the bathroom sink nor bathtub, drapes covered ac vent, deadbolt would not lock. Breakfast was "grab and go" which I did not try since it did not start until 8am. Definitely recommend going someplace else”

“Wonderful old hotel. Just keeping that in mind for its age and amenities. Overall, a great stay. The rooms are quaint. Bed was comfortable. The staff very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was excellent. Great location to walk around downtown Prescott. ”

“Clean room, friendly staff, clean pool (most public pools look or smell bad and I will NOT use them) this pool looked clean, smelled clean and I didn't feel greasy or dirty when I got out. I also appreciated that the staff allowed me to sit in the foyer for a few hours with my bags after I checked out (due to family hospice issues).”
