âNot sure what the negative reviews are about. We booked knowing it was in the city centre, so even if it had been noisy (which it wasnât â even on a Saturday), we wouldâve expected that. The location is ideal: central and convenient, exactly what we were after.
The room was clean and just as shown in the photos â nothing more, nothing less. You know exactly what you're getting, and for us, it did the job perfectly.â

âWe had a very nice 4 day stay to attend a trade show. It couldnât have been much closer which was great, and close to all the nice restaurants. Thereâs 1 parking space available which is ideal as parking in the town centre can be difficult.

âComfortable stay in all. Room and amenities exceeded expectations. Note for those wanting to park, the car park is small. Itâs understandable that this fills up, fortunately the convention centre opposite has affordable parking. Will stay again when visiting friends and family in Harrogate. â
âThe Arc Harrogate is a small but fantastic hotel. There were detailed instructions sent to me about everything before I arrived and I had a lovely warm welcome from the owner. The parking is on street parking, but the hotel provided the necessary permits, complete with a photo of how to display them and details of what time the parking ran out.
The room was spotless and very well serviced. Every day the bathroom was cleaned, the tea and coffee supplies topped up and so on.
