“The Crosskeys Inn is a perfect example of a local pub providing accomodations to a very high standard while remaining true to its original purpose as a village pub. Very clean, food was excellent, friendly staff and folk music in the bar, it's hard to see how they can improve.”

“Jag skulle definitivt rekommendera detta hotell. Fantastisk personal med vänlig attityd som städade rummet varje dag. Frukosten var god och man blev mätt. Priset är mycket bra jämfört med Edinburgh centrum.”

“Nice hotel, we had a feature bedroom which was spacious and comfortable although it really needs handrails in the bathroom to get out of the narrow bath!. Guests can use the facilities including the pool at the sister Peebles Hydro hotel about 2 minutes drive away. Handy for walking into Peebles high street and the river walks. Good choice of meals in the bar which were reasonably priced and excellent.”

“The room was clean. Their were no staff. There was a self check in / check out procedure which was easy to follow. Other more regular guests were helpful. There was tea/coffee facilities in room. Kitchen facilities meant food I'd brought could be prepared. Enjoyable stay.”
