âThis place was perfect. We stayed for 5 days for a family trip. It was quiet, clean and comfy. Staff was stupendous! I don't think we have ever come across a friendlier staff anywhere! Definitely will be back if we are in the area.

âthe staff was amazing i forgot my gold necklace and earrings and the gentleman at the front desk looked for them personally and set them aside for me. only issue i had was that the sheets and mattress topper was dirty. it looked like a fresh stain of some kind of oil. but with no fuss they set me up in a different room. â

âThe room we had was honestly quite nice the beds comfortable and clean with a modern look. Drippy water faucet was a small minus but closing the bathroom door did the trick.
Decent breakfast especially the premade little omelets. Coffee was mediocre unfortunately â. â
âBasic, clean, comfortable, unremarkable hotel. It was a convenient place to stay about 15-20 minutes from downtown Cleveland.
The area near the hotel is okay, but a little close to the highway so there's road noise all night, which may vary based on room placement. Other room doors are very loud, so there's plenty of slamming noises too. Nothing within walking distance, as it's an industrial-type area, manageable with a car. We did not visit the on-site restaurant but it's an option.

âKyle at the front desk was amazing. The shower wasnât working well in our original room but he was able to get us into a new room and brought the new room key up to us. He was on top of it and was so friendly. Hotel and room was very clean as wellâ
â I liked everything about the property. from the staff to the extras that were included; (i.e.) breakfast; dinner and drinks and the bar.
What I did not like was the fact that they do not put liners in the trash cans. I asked about it and was told they do not put liners in the trash cans. THAT IS NASTY! Otherwise, it was a perfect experience!!!â
