Melissa Luxury Villas are a newly built complex of 2 villas located in Phalasarna area. In a prime position, the villas are only 5 minute driving from the awarded beach of Phalasarna and local amenities, ideal for families. Each villa boasts 2 large private pools with Jacuzzi and children's section. Melissa Complex has 5 en-suite bedrooms and 2 sofa beds that can accommodate up to 14 guests.

The space:

Brand new, Melissa Villas is a complex of 2 villas located in Phalasarna area, close to Kissamos, offering an ideal location for families and individuals who want to be close to the beach and restaurants. Melissa Villas offer modern design and a comfortable open plan layout. Each villa has its own large outdoor area with dining table and BBQ, private swimming pool with a children's section and Jacuzzi section.

Layout:

The open plan living area of Melissa Complex provides a comfortable indoor space with contemporary furnishings and colours bring the space to life and these features continue throughout the villa. The first property features 3 bedrooms, split in 2 levels and the second property offers 2 bedrooms.The Complex comfortably accommodates 10 guests. Also there are a sofa bed in each villa.

The stylish living area has sofa seating and a 55” Smart TV and the kitchen has branded appliances and all facilities to allow for a pleasant cooking experience. The kitchen island is lined by 6 high stools for casual dining. Large patio doors open to the veranda and pool area providing a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.

The first villa offers beyond the living room, a small corridor leads to one of the bedrooms with a double bed (1,60 x 2,00), wardrobe, and patio doors leading outdoors.On the ground floor there is bathroom with a freestanding sink, rainshower and toilet. On the first floor

two more bedroom is reached via a floating staircase,one of them featuring twin beds (0.90 X 2,00) and the other a double bed (1,60 x 2,00). The glass door of the bedrooms overlooks the living area and windows look out onto the pool and the ocean. The bathroom has a sink, rainshower and toilet.

The second villa also offers a bathroom on the ground floor and the two bedrooms are downstairs with another one bathroom. One bedroom offers twin beds (0.90 X 2,00) and the other a double bed (1,60 x 2,00). Both bedrooms with patio doors leading outdoors.

Outdoor Area

The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped and framed, providing the perfect space in which to play or relax. The outdoor facilities include:

- 33 sq. m. private swimming pool (1,4 m depth) with easy step access and special childrens compartment (0,70 cm depth) and Jacuzzi area.

-Outdoor seating and outdoor dining table under a pergola, where you can enjoy a book and alfresco dining.

- Driveway that provides parking space for 2 cars. The complex has its own private entrance and it’s fully fenced, providing privacy and security to our guests.

Guest access:

Guests will have access and full privacy to all areas indoors and outdoors! The only shared area between the Villas is the complex driveway of the complex.



Cleaning Convenience:

Relax knowing a cleaning service visits every 3 days for reservations up to 5 nights to keep things fresh with cleaning and chance of linen and towels.
