Marina Sunset är en lyxig villa vid havet, perfekt för en romantisk resa eller familjesemester. Villan har vackra anlagda trädgårdar och en härlig pool med utsikt över Medelhavet. Utomhusområdet har en solterrass med solterrass, solstolar och dusch vid poolen. Marina har magnifik, fri utsikt över havet; det perfekta lugna läget att titta på soluppgång och solnedgång. En gångväg från trädgården ger direkt tillgång till stranden nedan. Villan ligger inom gångavstånd till lokala tavernor, affärer, restauranger och en 2 minuters bilresa till byn Coral Bay. Den moderna interiören har en öppen planlösning, matsal och kök med marmorgolv, luftkonditionering och flygskärmar för din komfort. Möblerad till en hög standard med matbord och stolar, skinnsoffor, 40 tums Smart TV, DVD & Sat med 24-timmarsfilmer. Om du har ett Netflix-konto kan du använda det under din semester. Köket fullt utrustat med alla nödvändiga apparater.
Renoveringarna avslutades i mars 2017 för att ge ett extra sovrum. Det finns nu två sovrum med en king size-säng och ett med två enkelsängar.
Det egna badrummet har en modern duschkabin.
Nytt öppet kök med elektrisk spis, ugn, diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn. Tvättmaskinen finns i tvättstugan.

Perfect!

We spent three weeks in this house and enjoyed every second of that period. The house has three large bedrooms, functional kitchen, and nice dining area/living room. The roof terrace was perfect for breakfast and evening drinks and the pool area was great throughout the day and evening. The view from the house is fantastic and the several places to go swimming within minutes of walking. Last, but also very important, Mary (the owner) was extremely helpful. She quickly sorted out minor thing with the house (thing do happens during a three-week period 😉). With mixed feelings (as I hate to see this fantastic house fully booked when we want to return next year😊) I can highly recommend this house!

Outstanding views across the bay and very short walk to beach and mini market and hotel with good and very reasonable priced restaurant. The villa was exceptionally clean and tidy with all amenities plus more than you would need. Beds comfortable and aircon which is a must. Nice size pool ideal for cooling down in Cyprus heat. The owner Mary was exceptionally helpful right from the first booking and responded very quickly to queries, she also left essentials milk, water, wine, tea and coffee. We hired a car which we would recommend to see the island and its history plus the lovely authentic villages.

Great villa and location!

We had a great 10 days here! The villa was well equipped, clean and great location. Mary was quick to respond to a couple of queries we had. I always love it when essentials are left to avoid the panic to buy the essential tea bags! Villa is a short walk to a protected bay for a cool off, close to kiosk for essentials, close to bus stop and 5 min stroll to nearby hotel along the coastal path to make the most of their daily cocktail happy hour by the pool which is open to non residents. They are quite strong! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

What can I say about this beautiful villa.It’s an amazing villa in a beautiful setting. Right on the beach with beautiful views. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. There are bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the villa.Our host Mary couldn’t do enough for us and was always on hand if needed.We will definitely be staying here again soon.

Luxury 3 bed seafront villa Kissonegra

We often hire villas and are normally dissapointed when you get there, this is not the case with Mary’s villa, we found the villa, its location and the views far exceeded our expectations, had contact with Mary who was so helpful, would love to revisit it the future, Thank you.

Beautiful location Uninterrupted views of the sea and sunset Visited Cyprus since 80s! Local Cypriot restaurants still wonderful and great value for money. Wish there was a grill/rack for the bbq and tongs. Everything handy for day trips, going to old town and restaurants and exploring

Ferien in Kussonerga / Paphos

Großartige Lage - das Haus war mit allem Wichtigem eingerichtet - der Pool und das Meer waren sensational - wir haben uns mega wohl gefühlt. Mary war eine perfekte Gastgeberin- wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit dem Internet , welches umgehend behoben wurde . Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Outstandingly

This property was in an amazing location. Beach at the bottom of the garden. Gorgeous sunsets every night. We were in the pool so much, morning, noon and night. This place is so tranquil. Best holiday yet. Sonnys restaurant on your doorstep with best food in town. The Queens bay is an awesome swim spot kids went snorkling most days, plus Piddling distance from the gate at bottom of the garden. The "see you" beach bar 2mins away if that, live music, great food. Yum milkshakes and crepe station. Beautifully presented onto the beach. Total paradise. 24hour kiosk just before beach bar ( very handy). Deffo the relaxing holiday we needed. U dont need carhire but we got one to visit the waterfalls, the cat sanctuary, paphos harbour, the amazing aphrodite water park. And many more. Mary the owner was lovely and very helpful. Looking forward to coming next year. If she will have us again. Thank you for a wonderful, memorable, beautiful family holiday. Your villa was outstanding Mary. Love from the seifert family. Xx

Das Ferienhaus hatte eine tolle Lage, Strand ,Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren sehr nah. Das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet und sehr schön. Das Einzige, was verbesserungsbedarf hätte sind die Matratzen der Betten. Sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Wunderschönes Haus, super gepflegt, top Lage!

Unser 'erstes Mal' in Zypern war eine tolle Erfahrung. Wir wollten eigentlich nur gutes Wetter und bekamen viel mehr. Für eine Baustelle kann der Vermieter nichts - rechts nebenan gab es über ca. drei Tage hinweg immer mal wieder zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten Lärm. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern. Wir waren mit vier Teenagern vor Ort und hatten zwei kleine Schäden, die Kaution wurde dennoch sofort überwiesen. Man hört zu bestimmten Tageszeiten die Straße zwischen Coral Bay und Paphos, aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Schöner gepflegter Pool und eine tolle Badebucht vor der Haus,-, bzw. Gartentür! Wir haben schon Freunden dieses tolle Objekt empfohlen und würden sofort selbst wiederkommen.

Stunning villa with beautiful garden

The villa is lovely, well furnished with comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, a beautiful well equipped kitchen, a big TV that connects to netflix easily, and good wi-fi. Outside there are several seating areas, the gorgeous pool, which we used a lot every day and the beautiful garden with BBQ overlooking the beach. It is a very short walk to the beach which has a lifeguard and beach bar. The villa was everything we needed for a holiday with teenagers. Mary is the most helpful owner and put us in touch with a local travel company to arrange car hire and trips, which were wonderful. Mary also arranged our transfers to and from the airport by taxi which made it much easier for me (rather than having to pick up a car at the airport and navigate on the first evening!). The location is an easy drive to Paphos - we loved the aquapark which was clean and well-staffed. We found a vegan cafe (Meraki Market Cafe) along the way to Paphos on the main road as well as a restaurant Penguinos near the harbour that serves gluten-free food. I would thoroughly recommend this villa and the owner Mary, who made us feel wlecome and our stay hassle-free, many thanks.

Perfect

Fantastic place if you want perfect views/ sunset. Very quiet peaceful location but close enough to Paphos/Coral bay for shopping etc and any nightlife if you want it. We hired a car but there’s a good bus service so I certainly wouldn’t say it was essential. Some good restaurants nearby. Villa pool was lovely also. Booked to come back next year already!

Perfect seaside location

Stayed in Cyprus in a few different villas but this one has been our favourite. Location over looking the sea every evening watching the sun go down. Villa was v clean, sheets cleaned half way through our 12 night stay. Home from home with everything we needed for a family of 5. Did hire a car and wouldn’t want to be without it, but there were some of our fav restaurants in walking distance. A villa not to be missed Mary the owner gave us all the info we needed before our arrival and when the tin opener broke she was back with one the very next morning ! Thank you can’t wait to return

Super Lage und ein sehr gepflegtes Grundstück

Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und entsprach absolut unseren Vorstellungen. Alles sehr hochwertig und modern. Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes Haus und Gründstück. Der Blick auf's Meer einfach traumhaft. Hier kommen wir gerne wieder her.

Very relaxing break

Two of us booked the villa for a late break in sun. Had a very relaxing week, with perfect weather. The villa is very nice, good location and easy to walk to the beaches, bars and restaurants. Hired a car, but didn't use it a lot as we just wanted a chill out week. The kitchen is stocked with basics and milk and wine in the fridge was nice. The location is quite hilly, so a little difficult for those less able or very small children. Only niggles are that the tv ariel didn't work very well, and the main bed mattress is not comfortable. Mary is aware and promised to attend to these

Heerlijk rustige locatie en toch overal dichtbij

Mooie villa, genoten van de tuin. Helemaal niet erg om "thuis" te blijven. Veel gebruik gemaakt van de bus, ook goed te doen naar de grote supermarkt in Coral Bay. Fijne restaurants op loopafstand, favoriet was Harmony. Klein minpuntje, een paar extra handdoeken zou wel fijn geweest zijn. Nu maar 1 per persoon die pas na 8 nachten wordt verwisseld.

Perfect location and stunning views

Had a fabulous time here. You could not beat the view we had from the villa. Lovely little place. We did not hire a car but did not feel it was needed. The 615 collects you at the top of the road to take you either to Coral Bay or Pathos Harbour. They are so frequent and are lovely and clean. Places to eat nearby are the Ocean Basket, Doria and da Vinci Gelato. All 5 star in our opinion. Supermarkets close by for top ups but better to use the bigger ones as small ones were very expensive . There is a big one at Kings Avenue Mall and another near the harbour in Pathos. And there is another one just across the roundabout after Ocean Basket which offers free delivery. Weather was brilliant for all 10 days. First time we have stayed in a villa here as we normally use hotels. Definitely keen to come back one day! Thanks Mary and Tandy xxx

Lovely Property great location as long as you have a car.

Lovely villa with fantastic views & beautiful inside. Only downside is that there is very little around that you can walk to do a car Is pretty much essential
