“Stayed only for one night and arrived really late so we didn't see the surroundings. The hotel is very standard. In the morning we found out that we was looking at a dump with old cars and stuff. The included breakfast have to improve a lot to be worth staying for. Right across the street are a McDonalds which was our choice.”

“I stayed for four nights and I do not recommend this hotel. The room and hotel was overall dirty and had a very funky smell that sticked to everything that was in the room. Further, the toilet clogged the first night and was not repaired until the third day (even though notice was given to the reception), entailing that I had to use the toilet in the reception for two days. When informing the reception the first time, they responded "it is common, try to flush". Also, I am pretty sure that I did...

“Enjoyed my stay at this great motel. Stayed in one of the cottages with a full kitchen for best part of a week. Very comfortable. It's in a great location for the various state parks in the region with their many waterfalls - Robert H Treman and Buttermilk are 2 minutes drive, Taughannock 20 minutes, and central Ithaca is less than 10 minutes. Friendly and very helpful staff. Recommended.”
