This unique unit has a style all its own. Purpose built Loft 840sf apartment. Lg living area has cathedral ceilings, skylights, Lg windows & patio doors to a balcony outdoor space. Lg sectional sofa to relax & enjoy the electric fireplace & 55" smart tv. The Kitchen is well equipped & unique gathering space. Immense Island with a bar sink is great for eating & working. The Loft bedroom has a double sink ensuite, built in ironing board, Lg closet. Separate Entrance. 2 Parking spots.

Such a beautiful, spotlessly clean, quiet place to rest! The kitchen is fully equipped and has lovely sunset view. We didn't mind the stairs and if you like a shower with a lot of pressure, this shower is sure to impress!The location was perfect for us as our destination was in Kitchener and we enjoyed the Huron Natural area nearby. Overall, a lovely stay. Thank-you!

We were very impressed with this place! It was very clean and had so much attention to detail. It was incredibly well stocked and really the only complaint I have is with the coffee maker. We are coffee drinkers and this one left a lot to be desired. It makes a very small amount with each press of the button, taking 3 presses to almost fill one mug. Loved the outdoor space! It's in a nice neighborhood with a big park close by. We had a very lovely stay and would absolutely choose to stay here again!

The apartment was relatively new so everything was modern and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped.There are a lot of stairs...17 from the driveway plus 14 to get up to the bedroom. This was fine for us but people with any mobility issues could find them difficult.

Cozy loft

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and stocked with plenty of kitchen and household items that provided us with anything we may have needed on our vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and the outdoor patio provided a great place to enjoy morning coffee. We had a small issue with the water heater but after reaching out to the host there was a plumber on site within the hour and the issue was resolved by the end of the day. I could not have asked for a better experience at this property.

Host was was easy to contact and the home was excellent. I stayed for six days and had a great stay. The home has everything you need. I bought groceries for the week and found everything i needed to prepare meals. Community is super quiet. I used the public bus system and it was just a 7 minute walk to the bus stop. Good water pressure in the shower. Appliances were new high end appliances. Very comfortable furniture. Really cool unique patio. You cant go wrong reserving this accommodation.

Do not look anywhere else! Amazing place.

If you are staying in the area go ahead and book here! It’s the perfect location, the house is perfect for a couples get away. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook your meals. Washer and dryer upstairs for the longer stays like we did. If my wife and I could give 10 stars we would!

A Well-appointed, comfortable home away from home!

We were truly amazed at just how lovely this apartment was. Everything that one could ever need! Located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Such a great find for the price! My only want was for a Keurig machine and a speaker in order to play a little music. Highly recommend this great spot, we've already booked our stay for next year!!

Family Visit

Wanting to stay close to family, I found this sweet little place in the next next neighborhood to them, within walking distance. Perfect for two people it’s a lovely spot to come home to after a busy day. It’s modern, clean and well furnished with everything you might need. Communication with the host was responded to quickly and efficiently. I look forward to staying there again!

Nice place to stay!

Very beautiful and comfortable property, including the bed. We enjoyed our time in Kitchener. Lots of stairs to be aware, though mentioned on the site. Would be helpful if glasses were on a lower shelf or a small step stool was provided to more easily access. Great overall!
