"Reef" Àr en nybyggd 50 'husbÄt dockad vid Badgers Island Marina ligger i Kittery, ME pÄ floden Piscataqua.

HusbÄten har en queen size-sÀng i bÄda sovrummen samt en utdragbar soffa. MÀstaren badet har ett huvud och handfat medan huvudbadet har dusch, huvud och handfat. The Galley har ett kylskÄp, handfat och spishÀll samt en Keurig kaffebryggare, brödrost, grytor, pannor och en komplett uppsÀttning porslin / köksredskap.


OcksÄ i Galley Àr en matplats med plats för 4 samt bartopen som har plats för 2.

I salongen finns en drottningsutdragbar soffa, 32 "plattskÀrms-TV och Bluetooth-högtalare.

PÄ toppen av husbÄten finns ett vackert utsidan dÀck dÀr du kan njuta av din utsikt över floden medan du Àter pÄ uteplatsbordet med plats för 4 personer.

PÄ plats vid marinan finns ett tvÀttrum med 2 badrum, 1 halv badrum och myntstyrda tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare.

PĂ„ marinan piren finns en full storlek grill, picknickbord, Adirondack stolar, etc ...

Kittery Houseboat

The houseboat was so charming, very clean and just so much fun to spend time on. It included amenities that were above and beyond. Quality beds, bedding, linens, and several other perks. We will definitely be back!

Great place

Staying on the boat is extremely enjoyable, marina is well maintained, personal are knowledgeable and friendly. Portsmouth and Kittery have the best of everything restaurants , shopping etc. Rye beach and York Beach a short drive away. We will be back.

Memorial Day weekend

The boat is perfect. I booked the houseboat for my father and I. Just a little weekend fun trip. It’s close to everything. Beds are comfortable and very quiet at night. Would definitely stay again!

Houseboat Heaven!

My kids, husband and I loved staying here. The boat was very clean and comfortable, plenty of space for the 4 of us. The location can’t be beat. Sitting on the top deck in the evening was lovely. The Badger Island Marina staff are beyond friendly and wonderful. We loved every single thing about our stay.

The boat was fully equipped with everything that is needed for a weekend event. Loved the area for our first time house boat experience. We had a problem with the electricity and heat which required us to reach out to the emergency text number that was provided. No one got back to us so the night and morning was a bit chilly. The overall experience, we will return!!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at the Reef. The houseboat was amazing; it was clean, spacious and well furnished. The time spent on the top deck was splendid. Wonderful experience on The Reef! Location was amazing, houseboat was beyond my expectations, gorgeous views, exceptionally clean, and great communication with property manager. Only negative was that our two night stay was too short! Will most definitely be back. A++++

Wonderful

We had perfect week visiting Portsmouth NH. and Kittery Me. Great restaurants, all the very nice shops with all types ot merchandise. We also visited some local historical attractions.

Perfect location.

Clean, updated and had everything one needs for a week away. The location was in easy walking distance to Pourtsmouth and the marina was lovely. I was not excited that my husband booked this boat but I was pleasantly surprised. I expected it would be a step above camping but it was better than many hotels and had plenty of hot water for a nice shower. The views of the passing boats and downtown Portsmouth were just awesome. Hope to be back again one day.

A special spot

The Reef houseboat is a really special experience. Perfectly situated with stunning views of Portsmouth and the Piscataqua river. Spotlessly, clean, very comfortably appointed (good bed linens!), and enhanced by the gentle rocking of the tidal current and the lovely deck above. The only snag was that the living room was described as having a pull out sofa, which it does not. Two beds were very comfortable, and an excellent shower given that it’s a boat! We look forward to a chance to stay again.
