“Wow, what a nice place. The staff and the restaurant were great. The place is old, has high ceilings and single glass windows. Here comes the problem. It was freezing cold. The room got ok after a while but the bathroom was just freezing cold. They should think about a solution to better insulate the windows.”

“The room was clean and fresh on arrival and in perfect order. We had a good night’s sleep with very little noise around. The receptionists were welcoming, polite and efficient. However, a £5 charge for parking was a surprise. If it is in the small print Hotels.com failed to highlight this extra charge which is disappointing. . ”
