“We had an outstanding experience staying at Golden Tulip. Everything was spot on. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast option was fantastic. 10/10, definitely will come back if we go to Batu again. Highly recommend. ”

“Struttura molto carina, vicinissima al centro storico e tenuta molto bene. Stile indonesiano che ci è piaciuto molto. Camera grande e completa di tutto. Personale super gentile come è nel loro standard. Unica pecca forse che non è possibile fare colazione. Per il resto ci ritornerei sicuramente!!!”

“they dont answer emails or messages or calls.”

“All was lovely. The staff were pleasant. Typical Javanese Breakfast of rice, noodles, tempeh and coffee was good. The room was nice and location was on a quite Street just off of Ijen with several local restaurants nearby. We were hoping to extend our stay for a week but the WiFi was nonexistent and we could not get cell service in the room. WiFi worked okay in the lobby just outside but because of this we found another hotel just around the corner.”

“Good and central Hotel, with good restaurants within the same building”

“Vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie. Echter is het pand slecht onderhouden en is de kamer niet schoon. Vlakbij een moskee die om 04:00 met het gebed over de speakers dus reken niet op een goede nachtrust.”

“Er is geen waterkoker, koffie, thee Ontbijt alleen oosters, er is geen brood. Wij zijn buiten het hotel gaan ontbijten waar wel westers ontbijt is.”

“Was definitely ok for the price, needs a bit of updating though and was a bit unclean in spots.”

“The staff hospitality and service was great but I feel not really comfortable with the room because bugs can get in somewhere. I just left some snacks open for less than 5 minutes and it already covered in ants.”

“Quaint old hotel downtown, very quiet, easy to find and park, friendly staff”

“Dirty rooms, ants on the bed, gekko's in the room. Toiletpaper only when you ask it. Dirty spots on the bedsheets. Aluminiumfolie and a lot of leaves in the pool. ”

“Facilities are quite nice, although coffee and tea taste are not so good. Properties are quite clean, but need a bit improvement. Overall experience are satisfying”

“New hotel, clean, lovely, very friendly and helpful staff. Near major universities. Located next to a minimarket. About 15 min ride to train station. There is no loop in the lobby / drop-off area, which is a hassle for drivers, creates a bit of bottleneck as cars need to reverse out. Uses Google to connect with front desk which appears modern, but a bit impractical.”
