“Overall good hotel but not top class service. Not clear instructions at the front desk, didn’t tell us where to go, where our room was and what to expect, we had cleaner/handyman knocking 5 times at the door starting 8.30am the same day we were checking out. Other than that, beautiful hotel and location and clean place. ”

“Booked a room for 3 persons but there were only one bed? Had to pay 1600kr extra just for one more bed so we all could sleep. Terrible service in front desk and breakfast, 140kr for a coffee is not ok ”

“this is a good hotel if you are needing something next to Baylor Med hospital. It is a little expensive and they charge for parking in a normal parking lot next to the hotel. The free breakfast was excellent however. When I checked in there was no remote for the tv. The next day I asked again and they stated they would bring one while I was at the hospital. They never did. Not a huge issue but they need to pay attention to small things like that. ”

“A very fun, arty, funky, vibrant hotel; staff was extremely friendly and helpful; the lounge/eating area was fun and relaxing; rooms are ample with cool bathrooms, and same fun/arty vibe; nice east-downtown location- there are not many restaurants, bars, shops in the area- so you'll need to venture out a bit; although it is in proximity to the arty Deep Ellum area, just to the east; nice fitness center; and the outdoor pool area is cool”

“I did not need to use the laundry service as i was only here for one night but it was nice to have it available. There probably were shops nearby but i didn't really take notice of all that was in the area. We got here shortly before a concert, picked up keys, went to the concert, walked back to the building, and ordered Doordash. ”
