“Jenny did an excellent job communicating during a difficult situation. The power went out because of a wind storm, and we had to find a different place to stay because it was too cold to tough it out at this motel. ”

“The breakfast was a nice added benefit but not necessary. They did have coffee all day long which was great. The airport shuttle was prompt and on time and is only a couple minutes away from the airport. The staff was excellent and very helpful. We ended up leaving a phone app the hotel room and they ended up bringing it back to us to the front counter. They drove their own personal vehicle.”
