“The room was clean and the staff was wonderful”

“Stay was great. We had an issue with the toilet handle and they fixed it right away. Our room was taken care of while we were gone and everything was ready when we got back.”

“Good American breakfast with warm and cold food. Big room with kitchenette, nice gym, free parking and close to airport and some restaurants. ”

“The bathroom smelled like mildew and urine. The maid service was terrible, daily forgetting to replenish things like toilet paper, coffee, water. Everyday I had to call the front desk to bring up supplies. The window ledges inside and outside on our balcony were filthy and there was trash on our balcony. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. The main lobby, bar, restaurant were nice and food at the restaurant was decent.”

“First of all, Let’s get into how I did not know my room was going to be that big! I got the one King bedroom and I loved the floorspace and it had a huge tv! There a few architectural flaws like rust but that’s all nothing big. I loved the service at the front desk, the lady at breakfast was really nice helping me even though we didn’t get to make our own food and last but not least, the nightly price was amazing!!! I will definitely stay again”

“My only complaint was that the sofa bed was not a queen, but a twin that was very inconvenient for us as we had four traveling and we were expecting a queen size sofa bed”

“This was one of the better Hampton Inn's I've stayed in. Also it was walking distance to the Expo center which was a great benefit. Overall I would stay here again the next time my son's archery team goes to NASP Nationals.”

“We were only there 1 night so didn’t experience much. Rooms were clean and spacious with full kitchen. Breakfast is nice bonus. Perfect location for visit to University of Louisville and also super close to Churchill Downs.”
