“Room was very musty smelling, everything including sheets and towels felt damp, almost like the humidity in the room was very high. The bathroom had no exhaust fan. Room was fairly clean and the location was convenient for a wedding we attended. We could hear music well into 2am so not a very quiet location.”

“Staff was friendly, and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom wasn't necessarily dirty, but it could have been cleaner. I enjoyed the amenities, but didn't forget a wire if you need Internet and aren't a Bonvoy member”

“Everything from checking.Chris and Monique,A made us feel like friends ..their professional lism was fantastic, above and beyond, very kind, friendly, helpful, morning wàs too much trouble. Breakfast was outstanding!!!!! Great choice for everyone...even the cookies on the desk by the were incredible. The only downside I would of said, was having a room on the main at side. Traffic at time was very loud. But the room gave incredible views of the church and Tennessee River, and was a 5 min walk...

“The staff was incredible. The hotel was nice and smelled great. However, be prepared to pay for parking. The garage is about a block away and charges $20 a day. The hotel was recently opened so there was no gym and most of the electric did not work in the room. We had to move the refrigerator across the room and we had to plug the microwave into a bathroom outlet to make it work. The staff apologized and were super nice. There were "joints" on the floor in the lobby which smelled up everything....

“Amazing fantasy theme village with rooms that carried the theme all the way down to the stone floors and pottery coffee mugs. Beautiful, well maintained grounds with a pond and walking trails. We enjoyed visiting with other travelers around the fire pit in the evening. We would love to stay again!”

“Clean rooms! Attentive staff - very friendly & helpful. Morning breakfast was great with a variety of options. Convenient to restaurants, shopping & downtown Knoxville about 20 minutes away. Prices for the rooms were excellent. Well worth staying here for conventions or other activities.”
