  • Bästa sjön utsikt över sjön Melton Hill ännu 5 minuter till Hardin Valley och Oak Ridge. Bara ombyggda med nya golv, bänkskivor i granit och den mest fantastiska utsikten. Huset är 3400 kvadratmeter. 1700 på övervåningen och 1700 på nedervåningen! Super tyst med däck och lägre uteplats med utsikt över Melton Hill Lake. Turkiet Creek shopping ligger 10 minuter bort. Vi bor en mil bort så att vi kan hjälpa dig med allt du behöver! Internet, två 65-tums Smart TV!

This house was PERFECT for my friend group to spend a weekend away at. Absolutely gorgeous view from the back porch. House was clean and ready for our group. The host, Shelley, was on top of it all!

The house was so comfortable and clean when we arrived. It has such a beautiful view that allows you to feel so relaxed. The host was so nice and friendly and kept in touch. They have provided everything you need to make your stay so comfortable. There are plenty of places to shop and eat near by. Our stay was perfect and we will be returning.

Guys Weekend

We had a great stay. Rented a boat from a nearby marina for a half day on the lake. Ample bed space for our group. Beautiful views from the decks.

Perfect Lakeside Getaway!We had an amazing stay at this lakeside home! The views were absolutely beautiful — peaceful mornings on the deck overlooking the water were a highlight of our trip. The property was spotless and very well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel right at home.The home has so much character, with fun 70s/80s-style décor that gives it a warm, nostalgic vibe. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into making it unique and comfortable. Communication was excellent from start to finish — friendly, responsive, and helpful every step of the way.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, charming, and scenic spot to unwind by the lake. We will definitely stay here again!

Stunning view and great location

Spent a couple of days with a few friends while working. Was a beautiful getaway with lots of room. Shelley was very gracious and helpful with everything. Highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable

Superb location on the lake. We loved watching the sunrise every morning. Host left us coffee so we could enjoy our morning without going out. All rooms were very clean. Host make the house toasty on our arrival..temps were in the 20s when we arrived! Thank you and will see you next year!

Wonderful Stay!

Our stay at the house was wonderful from beginning to end. It was spacious, clean and offers a beautiful view of the water. All of the beds were comfortable. Our family of four had plenty of space to spread out and relax. Check in was very easy. The owner is quick to communicate and is helpful. The location was perfect to get away for a short fall break. We toured Brushy Mountain and hiked at Frozen Head during the stay. Both are highly recommended. We would love to rent again!

Great lake view

What you see is what you get with this property. The view is amazing. The location is perfect if you want to get away to a quiet place. We stayed for Thanksgiving and visited Gatlingburg. It was about a hour or so away. It was nice coming back to a quiet place. Walmart and other shopping places are not that far away. Oh and access to the home is easy. We have a SUV with low profile tires and we had no problem. Now the weather was nice during our visit. We had 6 adults in our group. Plenty of space for everyone. Shelley is a fabulous host and replied quickly to any questions or concerns. My family truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

This is our second time at this lovely home. This house is perfect for us as it meets all our family needs. The first floor is ADA compliant and suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The ramps, toilet, and shower make the house accessible for all my family members. The first floor has the living room, kitchen with breakfast nook, dining room, bathroom, master bedroom with bathroom and an another bedroom. The downstairs is set up for kids with a foosball table, there is an eliptical machine and plenty of room for everyone. There is a bathroom and different sleeping areas with twin and queen beds with plenty of privacy. My favorite feature are the decks that over look the lake. The deck off the first floor and the deck on the bottom floor provide such spectacular private views of the lake and the surrounding area. It was so quiet and peaceful. We heard only frogs and birds, very serene. My second favorite is the great counter they have that splits the living room from the kitchen. When you sit on the bar stools, you are in the middle of the house, where you can watch tv, view the lake, talk to family members in the living room and then turn your chair to face the kitchen area to talk to others there too! The hosts were wonderful and checked in on us on the day of our arrival. They offered us full use of the pantry items, coffee, teas, there was creamer in the refrigerator. The kitchen is equipped with lots of appliances. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nice place for group

Would like to say place was very nice and clean, beautiful views of the lake. Had a little bit of a communication issue when arriving at home with door code, and when trying to resolve the issue I felt like I was putting out host to get resolved although was told another person would be there to help with any issues, but I hadn’t received her info at that point. Also brought my grandson (17) who autistic and mentally disabled and his service dog of 5 years and just giving heads up to host that I would be bringing service dog during our conversation she said “if in fact she is a service dog” which to me indicates I’m lying to her. Then I was asked to pay an additional 40.00 dollars for his service dog for cleaning fee, I didn’t want to state any federal rules because I felt the time was too short to find another place and others were counting on me to secure a place to stay. Service dogs are considered part of there companion and are excluded from any additional charges. Not going to make any issue other than to inform and any host should know about this

Clean & organized stay

Our stay was amazing! We came into town for a mountain bike event at Wind Rock Bike park. The house was organized & spacious. Enough space for everyone for group dinners & lounging around. The garage was also perfect for us to complete all bike mechanics duties. Definitely would recommend staying here!
