The location was excellent for our trip. The Santa Fe vibe was cute. The property was not the same as the pictures, and the cleanliness was only ok. We had great communication with the host, but make sure to follow the message for checkout procedures as it is different than the handbook.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out incredibly easy. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere—it really felt like a home away from home.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free place to stay. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

The house is filthy. Every room was really dirty especially the bathrooms and kitchen. The drawers and cabinets and refrigerator. There was a bowl of watered down pet food in the refrigerator. No towels or dish clothes in the kitchen. No paper towel. Only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. What appears to be a dead mouse in the bathroom vent.

Great Location and Cute House but Smelled of Smoke

Went to UTK for Family Weekend. This cute house is located nearby and was super cute. The bunk bedroom is for littles only however. The house smells strongly of smoke. That was a problem for us. It was not advertised as a smoking house and the smell was strong the entire stay. No ice maker so byoi. Cute fenced backyard for the dogs and bathrooms were great.

Terrible!!

The place has potential; however, the owner never responded to my concerns of lack of cleaning products. Refrigerator was dirty, couldn’t use the oven, no oven mitts and door looked like it didn’t close, and under the couch was disgusting. Front door didn’t appear to be secure. This was the worst place I’ve experienced

This place was absolutely disgusting. Broken blinds, cracked and broken kitchenware, lipstick stains on cups and silverware, hair and grime all over the bathroom floors and bedroom walls. No screens on bathroom windows and no vent to deal with steam or smell.Whole place smelled funky, the towels were old and not fresh, and the beds were straight from a prison cell, horrible springless matts on metal framesBathroom attached to the kitchen smelled foul and seeped into the "kitchen" (an un equipt kitchen in the middle of the space) which is attached to the living and bedrooms. the lower bunk bed was literally (and I mean literally) on the floor. Absolutely not worth the money, nor any money at all. did not feel safe staying here as i was with a group of women.
