Prisvärt och trevligt
Vi bokade två nätter i ett standard rum med fläkt, funkade okej! Vi beslutade oss för att stanna på hotellet i tre nätter till och uppgraderade till ett rum i en egen liten villa. Supervärt då vi fick ac och var bara lite dyrare. Vi trivdes superbra på hotellet, trevlig och hjälpsam personal, både mysigt inredd och utsikten är underbar! Maten i restaurangen var också god! Kommer definitivt bo här igen när jag besöker Ko Chang nästa gång! Finns ingen strand nära men det fick fort att åka taxi!

Mysigt ställe
Vilket mysigt ställe. Vi kom till denna lilla oas efter att rest och bott på olika ställen på Koh Chang. Lungt och stilla. Jättemysig trädgård med liten svalkande pool vilket var skönt då det ej fanns strand vid hotellet. Vi fick ett mysigt litet hus. Rent och fräscht. Luktade gott av både sängkläder och badlakan. Annorlunda badrum med utedusch.Härligt att få duscha under bar himmel. Vi stannade bara 1 dygn, men hade lätt kunnat vara kvar några dagar. Hoppas vi kan återvända. Rekommenderas varmt.

This resort is good value for the money. Easy walk to restaurants and northern & southern Bailan beach. Staff was very eager to help with our requests.

Perfect place for a long weekend
What a little gem of a hotel tucked into a beautiful bay on Koh Chang! The grounds are beautifully maintained, staff was incredibly welcoming, and the sunsets were stunning. Worth every penny! I arrived early on the night bus and ferry from Bangkok and since the room was available, was allowed to check in at 7:30 am, much needed as I was exhausted! Highly recommend a visit here to relax and enjoy nature

Tykkäsin!
Mukava pieni resortti rannalla. Super mukava henkilökunta ja mainiot näkyvät merelle. Paikka on rannalla, mutta ranta on kivikkoa, joten uimaan ei pääse, uima-allas on. Bungalowin WC ja suihku on Bungalowin takana ulkona, näkösuojaa on ja kivan Tropiikin tunnelman antaa seinässä kasvava köynös. Tosin sitten takarivissä olevat huoneistot kuulevat kun käyt asioilla ta laulat suihkussa, tykkäsin silti. Kylällä paljon ruokapaikkoja ja muutama kauppa. Mopo vuokralle ja näet koko saaren.

Gute Adresse auf Ko Chang!
Sehr schöne Anlage mit großem Pool. Das Personal war sehr Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Bungalows sind zweckmäßig und das Bad ist offen. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt. Frühstück und der Kaffee top! Lage eher ruhig, es lohnt sich einen Roller zu mieten. Am besten direkt über die Unterkunft!

Mauvaise gestion des réservations, nous avons été ré orientés dans une chambre inachevée, sans vue, au fond du jardin. Manager à l'écoute mais la gestion générale "à la cool" ne laisse pas une impression e Resort, mais plutôt d'un établissement à potentiel non exploité et vieillissant. L'emplacement (calme) , la vue et le sunset restent les points forts.

A small piece of heaven in Koh Chang
I loved my staying at Elephant Bay Resort. Just in front of the sea, it makes it a perfect spot to observe sunsets by the pool. The resort is in a convenient and relaxing location close to shops and restaurant and just 3 minutes driving from the party scene of Lonely beach. The Dutch owner and all staff were very nice and always eager to help. I was in the room with fan and sometimes it was getting very hot inside, but nothing terrible and in the morning it can get even chilly because of its proximity to the sea. The price was also reasonable, I would definitely go back :)

Good sea view, friendly owner/ manager. Decent food. Bungalows need lot of work and upgrade. Plain cement floor. Doors don't close tight, no curtain on bathroom door so you wake up with the light. No cupboard or even a single hook to hand up your clothes. No kettle (we were able to get one for three bungalows) or tea bags or coffee sachets, or even a bottle or two of drinking water per day (standard even in cheap hotels across Thailand). The first night, I was freezing because the AC was set to 16 degrees, the remote wouldn't work, and there was no blanket or comforter. The bathroom is extremely basic - once again, at this price point, I expect far better. I am living in Thailand for the past 5 years and have travelled all over and stayed in all sorts of hotels, including thrice in Koh Chang, and never been so disappointed.

Dear Mr. Anonymous, Thank you for you're review. I'm very sorry to hear that you're experience in Elephant Bay Resort was such a dissapointment. We really did our best to give you all that you've asked for. You asked for : Watercooker, cups, plates spoons,knives, heating up you're food that you brought from home, cleaning you're room and change the bed sheets (blanket) everyday etc. There where also some other requests that we did for you that i won't wright, for you're privacy. We will do our best to improve Elephant Bay Resort more, as we talked about before. I have only one request for you. Would you be so kind to be a little bit more friendly to the staff that works in the resort or hotel. Warm regards, Remy owner/manager

美麗的地方
渡假村很美！但因房間為木造建築，隔音效果差，導致毎日早晨5點就被鳥類等生物吵醒，牠們會一直啄屋頂和在屋頂爬來爬去，造成睡眠不足！房間內螞蟻不少！附近餐廳食物不錯

Great Value Stay
A nice solid stay within a short taxi ride to the more active Lonely Beach. No beach but that’s not a problem if you’re not a beach person. The pool is nice and the sunset view is great. The staff is helpful and pleasant. Elephant Bay is a great value.

All in all the hotel was good. The room itself wasn’t structurally in the best possible shape, but otherwise we don’t have any complaints. The pool area is really nice and the table football and pool table in the common area are a nice addition.

Un très bon séjour
Les chambres sont simples mais agréables. J'avais pris chambre en dure à environ 18 euros la nuit c'est très bien et sur ko Chang c'est un très bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnel est sympa l'hôtel est très calme la journée. La piscine est très bien.

Bel hôtel tranquille avec piscine
Un peu éloigné des activités de Kho Chang, l'hôtel est un havre de tranquillité. La chambre était décorée avec soins et possédait TV écran plat, ventilateur de plafond et climatiseur. Le seul absent était un mini-frigo mais il est possible d'utiliser ceux de l'hôtel. La piscine est fantastique et offre un décor de rêve sur l'océan et quelques petites îles au loin. L'ambiance est tranquille et le prix des repas demeure raisonnable. Prévoir des coûts supplémentaires pour les déplacements en baths bus puisque l'hôtel est loin des plages et zones plus touristiques. L'accueil a été charmant et on est toujours prêt à répondre à vos demandes et questionnements. Un bel hôtel pour profiter et relaxer sur l'île.

Отель обладает очень красивой ухоженой территорией. Персонал очень доброжелательный. Номера не в очень хорошем состоянии. Вся мебель старая, отделки практически никакой. Жили в номере с вентилятором. Ночью ужасно жарко, накрывались мокрым одеялом чтобы уснуть. В номере нет ни чайника, ни холодидьника. Попались очень шумные соседи

Could of done a better job!
Other then location and owners daughter the hotel is, sorry, but sh.tty. The receptionist was very rude on arrival. Additional charges that applied for extra bed, which turned out to be a pillow top on the floor with geico's that wasn't even used due to discomfort of sleep. No refund issued. Toilet tub was is extremely dirty(black lid). No bath accessories, shampoo or conditioner. No room furniture, but few narrow benches to put your suitcase on. Will not recommend and will never be back

Paikka oli hyvin viihtyisä ja huoneet siistejä. Omistajat olivat mukavia ja auttoivat tarvittaessa. Resortin koirat olivat ihania ja tuttavallisia. Paikka oli lähellä ravintoloita ja kauppoja ja isommalle rannalle pääsi 5minuutissa taxilla.
