Kanonställe på stranden
Kanon ställe alldeles på/vid stranden, bodde i en bungalow 10 m från stranden, resturang/bar låg delvis på stranden. Tycker att det var ett toppenställe, superhjälpsam personal, bra mat och nära till det mesta. Inte det mest moderna, men är ju inte där för att se på dubbad tv. Kommer jag tillbaks så bor jag med all säkerhet där igen🍺⛱🌞

Okej hotell på Koh Lanta
Bodde två nätter i samband med nyår. Fantastiskt bra läge precis på stranden med många bra restauranger i närheten. Poolen ren och fräsch med magisk utsikt på kvällen. Rummen väldigt enkla och kändes överprisat jämfört med andra hotell på samma strand sett till standard och bekvämlighet.

Precis vad vi sökte
Cha-ba passade oss som barnfamilj perfekt. Pool precis vid restaurangen med både djup och grund del som gjorde att en fick äta upp medans en ändå hade koll på barnen i poolen. Rummen va rena och kreativt utsmyckade, eget kylskåp, våningsäng och välfungerande AC. Maten och servicen va bra med många rätter att välja på och som passar både barnen och vuxna. Personalen va underbar och tillmötesgående på alla sätt dessutom bra på engelska vilket underlättar. Vidare så ligger Cha-Ba precis mitt på en långgrund strand med massor av andra restauranger. Eldshowerna avlöser varandra på kvällarna och det finns alternativ både för vuxna och barn. Allt som allt ett bra hotell på en bra strand. Vi kommer absolut komma tillbaka.

Behaglig vistelse
Mkt vänlig och hjälpsam personal. En fröjd att äta frukost och se ut över havet. Lugnt och tyst ställe. Gångavstånd in till Saladan. Ända nackdelen är, som på de flesta ställena i Thailand, stenhårda sängar. Det löste jag genom att köpa egen madrass för ett par hundralappar. Återkommer gärna dit framöver.

Det enda som var bra med detta stället var ett fanstastiskt läge direkt på stranden. Restaurangen också superläge direkt på en nästan plan sandstrand perfekt för en morgon eller kvällspromenad. Dock var servicen där under all kritik. Helt oengegerad personal, inte alls som man är van vid i thailand. Dessutom lyckades dom inte få en enda beställning rätt dom tre dagarna jag var där. Maten högst medioker också. Rummet verkligen inget att yvas över heller, fanns inte ens en stol att sitta på. Och toaletten hade plasttak med stora mellanrum för geckos mm att ta sig in enkelt. Tack vare att jag fick hemligt pris, typ halva priset, kan jag tycka det är ok med 300 kr natten tack vare det fina läget. Men annars rejält överprisat o inte alls trestjärnigt! Wifi nästan obefintligt deesutom o en ganska snuskig pool! Ingmar Hartnor

Bra hotell precis på stranden
Jag och min pojkvän bodde här i 8 nätter och är väldigt nöjda! Rummen är mysiga och fint inredda, har sina skavanker här och där men sånt man får räkna med. Läget är perfekt, ca 100 m till havet, ligger precis på stranden. Frukosten var bra, några olika val att välja mellan. Personalen trevlig och hjälpsam! Nära till affärer och restauranger.

We had a fantastic stay, the location is great and one the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. It was really quiet due to the low season so the atmosphere around the restaurant was a bit slow. The rooms are fairly basic but the price reflects this.

Nice and relaxing
It was nice and relaxing and really friendly staff. The breakfast is alacarte and ok, but it gets boring if you stay for a longer time. The pool was really nice with kids zone. Our room was spacious, lots of colurs, TV didn't work, housekeepers could do a better job at cleaning bathrooms. The beach has fine sand, is clean, without too many rocks, sometimes it's windy. We enjoyed our stay and we would come back.

I stayed in the hostel portion of this resort and it was great! The staff are very kind and friendly and offered several times to let them know if there was anything at all that I needed! The hostel building, rooms, and beds were very clean, and it was a one minute walk or less to the beach, restaurant and pool! The pool was kept pristine throughout my stay, and the ocean is literally steps away! The hostel mattresses were a bit harder than I am used to, but most of my time was spent on the beach or in the pool, so it wasn’t an issue. The air conditioning worked great to keep cool after the long days in the sun, and the hostel was nice and quiet at night. Overall this is an absolute gem with the perfect location, and friendly, caring staff! I would highly recommend this hostel and resort!

Relaxed and joyful place.
Et veldig hyggelig opphold selvom jeg havnet på Hostel delen av Resortet. Besetningen er så hyggelig og i møtekommende at du glemmer at du ikke har gått igjennom bestillingen godt nok og havner på rom med andre. Hyggelige barer og Restauranter på stranda og nærheten.Veldig behagelig,idyllisk og avslappet stemning .Spesielt Indian bar anbefales på det varmeste. Ligger rett ved. 2 steder bortenfor.

Vi var där i 5 dagar, frukosten var inte mycket att hänga i grannen, fick välja 2 saker ur en meny, om du skulle ha omelett med ost och skinka, var du tvungen att välja bort ena, för att man bara fick välja 2 saker ur menyn. Personalen var ganska kluriga att prata med, blev mycket missförstånd. 1 som kunde någorlunda engelska. Rummen var slitna och gamla, dock härligt plats på hotellet underbart med havet helt i nacken.

Wow. My husband, daughter and I were a part of a larger group of four families who all stayed at The Cha-Ba Lanta Resort over Chinese New Year. The resort itself is a little dated, but really perfect for families as you don't have to worry about the staff being precious about noise or anything else really. All teh staff were fantastic! We parked ourselves on one of the beach tables and watched the kids play on the beach and on the surf. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you have kids. The one thing I'd say though is the hot water was quick to run out and the wifi was a pain to get connected and stay connected. But these things might be problems at all the resorts on the beach. Great trip and I'd definitely go back.

Large room, terrible bed.... bed in Thailand tend to be firm but could also feel the springs. Breakfast very slow ( over 1 hr), limited and not tasty. Good location, right on the beach. Had room by pool facing the beach. Unfortunately delayed check in , which can happen, they stored our bags. And we went for lunch. Pool small.... used mostly by the kids. Good restaurants nearby and 7-11

Goede en leuke accommodatie aan het strand
Een leuke accommodatie aan het strand met een zwembad en een mooi uitzicht op de zee. Veel mogelijkheden voor eten aan zee en dicht bij de straat waar nog meer winkels en eettentjes zitten. Zeker ook voor kinderen geschikt. Vriendelijk personeel. Alleen ontbijt pas vanaf 8:30, dat mag wel iets vroeger voor wanneer je met kleine kinderen bent en eventueel een bezem voor op balkon. Wij hebben hier genoten! We hadden de deluxe pool suite geboekt. Ideaal met kleine kinderen.

Can not fault this hotel for the price we paid. Got a great last minute deal. Beautiful clean pool that rolls onto the beach front. Large nicely decorated rooms and friendly staff. Only down is the bed was hard and shower cold.

Nous ne sommes pas restes dans cet hotel des le 1er jour. En travaux, aspect general sale, chambre/bungalow tres petit. Deco sommaire. Linge de toilette vieux. Environs sales meme si proche de l'artere principale. Aucune possibilite de stationnement. Le personnel reste toutefois agreable. Je ne recommande pas.

Dear Stephane, Greeting from Cha-ba Bungalows & Art Gallery as you make the reservation number 891985281 on 23-27 Aug.2017 with Family Garden room included breakfast for 2 adults and 3 children, THB 992.99 per night Total THB 4,675 (4 nights) First of all, we are sorry to hear about that we would like to inform you that normally our resort before the customer make the reservation we have all description about our room included room size, location and picture. Our Resort next to the beach of course if you would like to go some places take 2 minutes to the main road by car. Second, as you said our resort small, dirty and towels old. We would like to inform you that we open more that 10 years totally we are improving all the time. Third, for parking on that day we have big group stayed with us but you can park beside our resort also we have enough space for support our customer. Our staff already asked you about the problem when you check out but you said no problem if you have some thing uncomfortable you can let us know at that day and we will do the best. Fint beliggende ved god strand og tæt på Sala Dan. Boede i bugalow med direkte strand udsigt - super lækkert med god stor taresse. Meget simpel og kedelig morgenmad (dårlig).

Vi ble tatt imot med en vakker solnedgang på stranden som ligger 20m fra cha ba. God romstørrelse og egen terrasse. De ansatte var blide og imøtekommende, men uorganiserte og distré. Air conditionen på rommet levde sitt eget liv og førte til flere morgener med iskalde kropper, da det heller ikke var annet sengetøy enn et laken å bre over seg. Vi spiste to ganger på stedets restaurant - utsikten og stranden var topp, maten var enten smakløs eller grillet til det ugjenkjennelige.

OK for the price.
The hotel is in a great location right on the beach. The front desk lady was very friendly and showed us round. The room was spacious but didn't feel very clean and was very dark. The food at the Piccaso restaurant attached is awful. Do not eat here! Stay here if you are on a budget. If not look for something a little more expensive.

Good Hotel in OK Location
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights after arriving by bus from Siem Reap. The hotel was good overall. The only compliant would be it's location. Unfortunately, it was very far removed from the centre of town with little choices for dinner. Also given the location, we spent a lot more than we planned to on tuk tuks.
