“This hotel is Not a 4 star hotel. The service is terrible and the woman/girl in the reception is rude and doesn’t care at all if you’re not satisfied.
The AC in our room was so loud it was almost impossible to sleep. Had to run it as long as possible to get cold and then hopefully fall asleep while it was off but then the air got so bad we had to turn it on again. We talked to other guests who had the same problem. Asked to change room but just got ”it’s the same in all rooms” answer. We had...
