“We arrived at the hotel at 11am, but they were very happy to show us the room. It was a spacious room with the beautiful ocean! The hotel also has a small restaurant and we had dinner there. We enjoyed the home style meals with the sunset and beer. We were very happy, and we love to come back some day! ”
“Mycket trevligt hotell litet hotell, 20 rum, i grekisk färgsättning. Hämtning fritt i hamnen vid ankomst och avfärd. Bra läge utan störningar men ändå centralt. Bra frukost. “Nothing like the pictures and description. The "hut" i was offered upon arrivel didnt have a lock on the dorr, the aircon was to week wich made it hard to stay indoors, there was insects and geckos inside cuz the room wasn't seeled properly, the water in the shower never got coold, not enogh lihgting in the room wich made it hard to see if you're about to step on a cockroach. And there was no windows to see the view that was promised but it didnt matter as the view was other huts as mine was...

Tyvärr så när jag skulle boka om detta hotell vart det fel fick det SÅ KALLADE BÄTTRE BEST BELLA Pattaya ligger avsides längst ut på stranden, Konstigt nog stod det att Grand Bella var nedgånget, var riktigt fint, Best Bella Pattaya står är bra! Sanningen är att Best Bella är totalt nedgånget, finns inget bra att säga om detta hotellet. Förutom personalen är trevlig.”

"I had a room with sea view higher up in the building. The room had some problems with the air condition and the staff was very helpful. When the problems remained, I got a new room with same standard and all was great. The parking lot is large and essential if you come with a car. I had a great stay and will absolutely come back! See you!"
"Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Spacious room with beautiful sea view from 4 th floor. Extremely comfortable bed. Big tv and large bathroom. First class breakfast with wide selection in comfortable surroundings. Lovely pool area. Pool and room service menu with wide selection of Thai and western dishes at affordable prices.
Only drawback is lack of beach. No access to ocean. Also, located outside of tourist area, not walkable distance to entertainment, dining and shopping areas. But hotel shuttle bus available in peak times. Otherwise 200 Baht taxi ride to walking street. Would stay there again. Many thanks to the caring, happy and professional staff !"
