En fantastisk Resort i det dolda.
En oas för avkoppling långt bort från hetsiga moppar, speedboats, och jetski. En väldigt avkopplande resort långt från andra hotell. Fantastiska bungalows som ligger dold i skogen med behörigt avstånd till grannar. En magnifik helt outstanding infinitypool. Jättegullig personal och god mat. Inga överpriser heller för att vara en LyxResort. Bästa upplevelsen på en 10 veckor lång semester.

Views that take your breath away
We stayed 5 nights at this beautiful resort. Last two nights We checked into a pool-villa and it was absolutely breathtaking. Views are amazing, beautiful decor and just a lovely stay! Secluded and very private! Make sure to visit the spa and take a couples-massage, very relaxing and great massage!

Vi hade en väldigt bra upplevelse på Santhiya. Vi har tidigare bott i Koh Chang på deras hotell där och vi gillar deras koncept. Väldigt fint, trevlig personal, bra service och fantastisk miljö.

Underbar location - but thats it
Underbar miljö och där själva location av både husen samt faciliteterna är otroliga. Men sen fallerar hotellet grovt på att kapitalisera på dessa och framförallt att leva upp till 5-stjärnig status. Framförallt är servicen riktigt dålig tidvis. Många pratar knappt engelska så matbeställningar går oftast fel och det från matmenyer som inte alls håller måttet heller. Tycker inte heller bemötandet känns personligt eller exklusivt vilket genast redan känns vid transfer till hotellet. Stressad personal i lokaler och fordon som känns allt annat än 5-stjärnigt. Huset (family villa ocean side) var underbart, men resten får faktiskt tummen ner då detta hotell varken håller 5-stjärnig klass eller ej heller lever upp till den prislapp som det kostar att bo där. Välj nåt annat!

Fantastiskt ställe! Poolvillan var underbar! Lugnt, olika restauranger att välja (6st?). Rent, bra service. Stora avstånd så det blir bra träning att gå alt att åka hotellets shuttleservice.

Fin utsikt
Det är en stor o fin anläggning. För att komma upp på rummet, måste man vänta på en bil som hämtar en upp/ner då det är en bra bit upp på kullen. Sen tycker jag att det va lite halvdålig service på restaurangerna, beror nog på vilken tid man kommer. Vi hade betalat för 2 vuxna o 1 barn, men när vi kom fram ville dom ha betalt för våra dotter, som vi redan betalat för! Så det fick vi dom att ta bort. Rummen är jättefina, med riktigt fin utsikt. Stranden är helt ok, lite mycket plankton som sticks! Också en del maneter, men annars fint.

Great resort
Fabulous resort. Prices for food and drinks a bit too high, but not worse than other similar resorts I would assume. Service in the restaurants a bit slow, which has also been commented upon in reviews I read before the visit. Note that they provide transportation in the area since it's a wide-spread resort. Very convenient but takes some time. Only thing I would have wished for is softer beds.

Åk ej till Santhiya med barn
Rekommenderad av Santhiya att boka Grand pool villa för min familj (2 vuxna, 3 barn 5-9år). I rekommendationen framgick det att det var en 2-plan villa med trappa inomhus. Väl på plats visade det sig att trappa låg på utsidan, man var alltså tvungen att gå ut och upp för trappan för att ta sig till andra våningen. Inte direkt lämpligt att låta barnen sova själva och om de skulle behöva gå upp på natten och leta efter sina föräldrar. Dessutom fanns det vilda aggressiva apor som härjade runt dag och natte-tid. Påpekade detta direkt första dagen men hotellet gjorde ingen som helst antydan för kompensation för att vi istället fick trycka in oss på ett våningsplan. Stället var dessutom slitet och väldigt begränsat med alternativ för måltider utom hotellets egna restauranger. Rekommenderar inte detta för barnfamiljer. Hade varit enkelt för dem att lösa detta med en ekonomisk kompensation men istället skyllde de på huvudkontoret. Trist!

Frühstücksauswahl groß aber wiederholend. Der Meerblick im Zimmer und beim Essen ist sehr schön. Strandliegen leider dreckig und Schrauben liegen Rum. Das Meer ist sehr trüb und teilweise steinig zu Beginn. Restaurants sind im Verhältnis zu den thailändischen Preisen sehr teuer. Massagen auch mind. 2-3x teurer. Taxi zum Pier 730THB. Viel zu teuer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Badewanne auf dem Balkon. Es kam fast kein Wasser aus dem Hahn. Ich habe mich eig.sehr auf das Hotel gefreut, gerade da doch viele gute positive Bewertungen angezeigt wurden. Leider wurde ich enttäuscht. Kann es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Very noisy near the mid-night time when the fisherman's boats return to the pier nearby - Air cond leaking, reported and did not get fixed. - refridgerator was set too cold, soda water bottle cracked and leaving shattered glasses inside. - Checkout day luggages pick up was little messed up.

The property is beautiful, decoration is very unique. The food is not good at all, order from different restaurants and it was the same, no flavor at all. The service is terrible , although the staff are nice, they greet you everywhere bit the service is bad and their english is very limited, it was very very very hard ti communicate and no-one cares about the the service. They also charge for EVERYTHING and everything is over priced. If their customer service were better and the at least some of the staff spoke english this place would be amazing. Had too many inconveniences and none of them were solve properly. Definitely not returning.

Beautiful and stunning views, tranquil and remote location. Visited for my honeymoon & we had a great time. The AC in the hotel room had trouble keeping up with the 100 degree days.

What a beautiful resort , omg recommended place so beautiful and relaxing . Staff so lovely and polite . The only problem is the hot weather . Can’t handle the heat for the month of April .

It would be nice if there are more speedboats at different times to Phuket and back. There needs to be a coffee machine in every room. There need to be more sunshades.

Beautiful authentic Thai resort in luxury. Island peaceful away from tourists. Rooms very nice and very cold AC. Views are amazing. Was in hotel 3. Dont stay here if you have mobility issues. Lots of stairs and in and out truck type transportation with high step up and steep hills and down to beach. You will not be right on beach. Different restatrants same menu. Service is good but not amazing in restaurants.. some of the workers act less eager to please. Typical of large resorts. Spa was great.. there are things to do... prices more expensive because where you at. Mopeds.were fun.. hard to get back to phuket..and expensive because of private pier tp ao po grand marina. This is 5 star place. Would do again

We absolutely loved our stay at Santhiya. It surpassed our expectations! The service was excellent all around -- from the shuttles to the spa to the restaurants. We also loved all the extra detail that went into things like decor, live music and fun activities around the resort. It felt like a once in a lifetime experience and I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for incredible service and Thai hospitality.

It was a great place to spend time without thinking about anything. One thing I would like to see improved is the shuttle service within the hotel grounds. Please note that if you choose a room far from the pick-up location, you will have to walk a considerable distance. However, it seems that small children, pregnant women, and people who require assistance will be transported by cart.

This was a beautiful spot for us to spend the week. The resort itself was amazing and had lot of activities to do. However, the island didn’t have much else to offer. Just a couple of local shops.
