"Overall a pleasant stay. The room was nice and had a great view. Convenient location close to Namba station. Breakfast was also good. The only downside is that the bed was quite hard and that sounds from the corridor were quite audible inside the room."

"The facilities were great, the free ice cream, the matcha latte. The staff are so attentive and kind, even with my rusty, broken Japanese they were very patient. And when I didn't understand they either used English or took out a translation app when their English couldn't quite bridge the gap. The onsen is large and the pools are so nice, as well as the sauna... Which had a TV (something which i never thought I'd see). Honestly though, I could do without a TV in my sauna. Sauna is for quiet."

"Had good views from the 33rd floor but the room was so small that looking out the window was quite difficult because of the bed blocking the whole wall. But a very nice hotel considering the price. Did not try any services but checkin and luggage handling post-checkout worked nicely with friendly staff."
