"It's a great new modern hotel with super friendly staff. Good location as well and a nice beach. Great breakfast, good restaurant, nice family activities. My only feedback is the cold water in pools. They are not heated and I think I saw maybe 2-4 people in the water during our 2-day stay. It seems common in Koh Samui not to have heated pools, but it felt a bit wasted to have the pool outside your room with direct access but it was painful to jump in. But it would not be right of me to give any other review than 5 stars, thanks to the very friendly hotel staff. "
