The villa offers multiple living areas, including a comfortable TV lounge, a formal dining area, and a large pool deck perfect for lounging or entertaining. The infinity-edge pool overlooks lush tropical greenery and the sea beyond. Just off the lounge, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and private staff quarters where the full-time, on-site staff reside, ready to cater to your needs.

Upstairs, the old teak flooring continues, leading to four individually styled bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and its own spacious en-suite bathroom. Three of the bedrooms open directly onto a wide wrap-around balcony, while the two master suites boast spectacular panoramic ocean views — best enjoyed from bed or the private balcony seating.

Rental Rates Include:

Rental Rates Exclude:
• Chef service for Dinner 1,000 THB/time (guests pay cost of ingredients + a 20% service fee on the food bill)

Terms & Security Deposit
• Terms & Conditions apply which will be sent to guest for signature
• As a form of security (and for peace of mind) for the villa owner, the Guest Manager will request on arrival a fully refundable $500 (cash only, equivalent currency value acceptable) security deposit from the guest.
• Please note that any minor damage / breakages shall be charged at the end of your stay, at replacement value. If required, damages must be paid and will be requested by the General Manager and paid in full before departure.
