Helt fantastiskt!
Extremt fint hotell med så bra service ! De var en bit från centrum men hotellet hjälpte till att antingen fixa taxi in eller köra in oss dit. Hotellet va lyxigt, med god mat och rena rum. Inget att klaga på alls!

Trivdes som fisken i vattnet. Otroligt nöjda!
Otroligt nöjda. Fina och rymliga rum, exakt det man önskar. God frukost, fanns lite av varje. Fint poolområde precis vid havet. Möjlighet att beställa drinkar och mat till poolen. Trevlig service överallt. Hotellet ordnar om man vill hyra moped, fixar transfer till och från flygplatsen. Läget var bra, låg ca 5min från Fishermans Village med trevliga restauranger och butiker.

Good Family resort!
Stayed here for 5 nights. Resort with direct access to beach. Nice pool area with swim in bar. Restaurant was ok, very nice long lunches in the shade very close to the sea. We had a bungalow with pool wich made it private and comfy. Big rooms and bathrooms. Was missing a bigger sitting area. Super friendly staff that was super on point and helpfull. The car service wich was very affordable. Also the room service was super nice and didnt cost any extra. Another big bonus was the closeness(the buggy cars drove us the small but uphill way) to the W where we had some nice sunset evenings. The resort is also pretty close to the Fishermans market wich offers alot of restaurants and bars and "Night Market" basiclly street market with souvenirs and street food/drinks every wednesday and friday.

Mindre bra
Hotellet såg mycket finare ut på bilderna än i verkligheten. Gymmet var smutsigt och flera maskiner funkade dåligt. Avskilt läge gjorde att det inte fanns så mycket att välja på runt om för lunch. Dyrt i förhållande till standard.

Grönskande hotell i lugn omgivning
Stora rum med stooor säng (vi bodde 2 vuxna och 2 barn i samma säng), utmärkt poolområde, restaurangen serverade varierad frukost. Tyvärr är maten dyr övriga tider på restaurangen. Hotellområdet är en grönskande oas med buskar och träd.

Fantastisk personal och service!
Hotellet är fint men inte i toppskick. Det ligger lugnt och lite avsides vilket bara är positivt. Fint hotellområde men ingen fin strand i direkt anslutning, dock har man ordnat med goda badmöjligheter ändå. Bra frukost! Men bäst av allt är personalen, väldigt trevliga och bra service!

Thailand lyx för lagom mycket pengar
Ett väldigt fint och lyxigt hotell. Bra service och vänliga människor. Hotellet ligger lite avsides, dock inga problem att ta en taxi till närmaste by med mer liv om man så önskar. Gåavstånd till jättefina nästan öde stränder. Hotellet har inte så mycket strand men fint pool område vid havet. God frukost med allt man kan önska sig, trevlig personal. Bra gym. Dock är hotellet inte något för de som har problem att gå. Mycket backar.

Ett okej hotell som kan mer.
Vi bokade vår smekmånad på hotellet och hotellet var jättetrevligt med ett läge långt bort från uteliv vilket passade oss väldigt bra. Städningen var okej men inte mer, dammet låg kvar och det som gjordes var bäddning av sängen, något vi kunnat göra själva. Vi hade en privatpool som vi inte använde. På bilden på hotellets hemsida är det en jacuzzi och inte en pool som visas på rummet med privatpool, jacuzzin som grannen hade såg mycket trevligare ut. Poolen var mysig men behövde fräshas upp. Stranden var inten direkt badstrand men det gick att ta ett dopp om man ville. Personalen var inte så bra på engelska men var å andra sidan väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Restaurangen hade en toppenkock! Tyvärr byttes kocken ut mot en annan vår sista dag men oj vilken mat vi blev bjudna på! De verkade som att hotellet höll på att fräshas upp och det kommer nog göra resorten till det den vill vara. Om man vill någonstans och bara ta de lugnt och äta och dricka gott kan vi rekommendera detta även om det var ett litet överpris på rummen i de skick de var idag.

Lugn & ro på fräsch resort
Hittar ingenting negativt att säga. Lugnt läge, allt fungerade, väl underhållen anläggning. Cirka 500 meter till stora vägen om man tycker att lunch/middag är för dyr på hotellet. Inget nattliv att bli störd av. Verkligen ett fint ställe om man vill ha lugn & ro. Personalen proffsig och hjälpsam. Frukosten väl tilltagen och innehåller allt man behöver oavsett smak.

ok hotel.
fairhouse was a very private hotel, we got a good villa with maybe the best view of all villas. breakfast was good, and poolarea very quiet.the beach was not so good and location a little bit far away, if you rent a bike you will have no problem. the bad things: the hotel is very green thinking, thats very good but sometimes to "green". we got pretty old and bad sheets and very bad smell pretty often from the shower. very bad airflow in the toilet. the restaurant meny is very poor. only cheap thaidishes(noodles) for overprice.and i choose this hotel for the fitness centre. the runningmachines were both broken, and no weights for men. a good hotel for them who waants a quiet hotel and only chilling inthe pool.

Mycket bra hotell
Mycket fint hotell. Jättebra om man bara ska dit för att vila och servas av hotellpersonalen. I omkringliggande område finns ingenting alls. Men hotellområdet är fint och räcker om man bara vill ta det lugnt. Frukosten var riktigt bra. Personalen är riktigt trevliga. De har 3 dagliga (gratis) turer till Chaweng Beach. Maten var bra, lite små portioner bara. Stranden är ganska liten utanför hotellet, men man kan gå längre upp för stranden om man vill ligga på en handduk på stranden. Rummen är jättefina och precis som på bilderna.

This is not an Expedia VIP Access hotel. All benefits on Expedia are for ALL hotel guest. Also you will not get any upgrade. Even now in low season, while the hotel is really not crowded "there are no upgrade accomations available". Interesting. The doors of many rooms are broken. The card system to get a new card is broken every day. Every time they promised us to provide us with a card "within 15 min". After calling 3 times and waiting for hours of which more than 1 in the dark (bevause you need the card for electricity, AC etc.) we finally got one again. This happened 2 times, total waste of holiday time. The breakfast is just "ok". The bread is dry and patisserie like croissants are quite fat. So eating something different than rice or omelet is quite difficult. The staff is friendly, but not of any help. Smiling and being friendly doesn't solve problems. Internally they communicate so bad, that every time you have to explain issues again. Believing that things will turn out fine, will disappoint you. Keep on reminding them to do the things they promised you. For example: bring new towels and that house keeping forgot, bring the suitcases to the room. If you ask them, they say "yes we will do", but we found our luggage standing in the lobby for hours. No one did do anything. They smile and say sorry, but that doesn't help. Someone could just have taken it in the meantime. We were lucky that nothing bad happened.

If you want a nice quiet place to be then this would be the place for you. There’s nothing around this place. It’s about 20 minutes to the night market and the popular tourist area. This villa is isolated from many major tourist attractions.

The property is so very tired. Our room had an amazing view but the walls were peeling, the room door didn't shut properly, the wardrobe doors were slightly out of alignment so it didn't close all the way, the bathroom door knob was loose, and the wall was smudged with paint bubbles and peeling. However, the bed was comfortable and the housekeeping staff maintained the room well. The bathroom was clean although the water stopped briefly during a shower and there were no conditioner or body lotion. Be sure to bring your own. Breakfast selection was decent. The spa was very good though - pandanus Spa.

Das Personal war freundlich .Die Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen.Das Hotel ist neben einer Schule ,daher zeitweise sehr laut. Frühstück war nicht abwechslungsreich.In 14 Tagen keine Veränderung Alles in allem stimmt aber das Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Lovely resort with great amenities and accommodation. Massive king size bed, beautiful bathroom. Loved outside chalet type rooms surrounded by trees and plants. Restaurant overlooking the sea and sandy beach. Downside was having to wait quite a long time after 2pm check in when we'd arrived early at 11 and told they would try and get us early check in. Disappointed also to find out that the 6am breakfast advertised was now 7am and the 6am packed breakfast promised didnt artive before we left for the surport. Also we had to pay to get the hotel shuttle bus to the airport at a cost of 600 bhart and no hotel discount or free shuttle. Plus was that a staff member was waiting outside our room dot on 6.30 am to take us and our luggage in a golf buggy. Overall lovely resort and friendly staff.

Vue mer incroyable. Mise à disposition de kayak et de paddle. Cependant, si vous n’êtes pas véhiculé, l’accès à l’hôtel n’est pas pratique et aucune navette est mise à disposition pour accéder à une zone avec restaurants… contrairement à d’autres hôtels sur Koh Samui. Cela aurait pu être pratique pour accéder par exemple au Fisherman village. L’accueil et l’accès aux informations à été très moyen.

Perfect mid range hotel
We had an incredible 5 night stay. The style of the hotel and views are amazing. The food is great and all staff are very attentive. Would highly recommend. There’s a beach which is easily walkable and the area is nice and quiet.

Bel hôtel mais nécessitant quelques rafraîchissements. Personnel serviable et très souriant. Belles plages de sable et super le piscine avec happy hour. Proche toutes commodités. Transfert privé aéroport payant et pas donné.

Our stay of four nights was like being in a garden paradise at the beach. The pools were beautiful warm and even had platforms to rest on with whirlpool jets. The Breeze restaurant had amazing food with custom modifications made for my gluten and other food intolerances. The staff were great!
