"Absolutely amazing. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The amenities are great. We had the deluxe-room with pool-access and it was fantastic. The breakfast is very good, a huge selection of different cold/warm alternatives as well as choices from an a’la cart menu. Poolarea is great and you will be served ice-water throughout the whole day. There are two poolareas, the bigger one where kids can swim and a smaller one which is adults only. You will also find other areas close to the beach where you can lay out in the sun and enjoy the ocean. The area outside the hotel is typical for any other place in Thailand - broken pavement, massage places, bars, restaurants, construction sites, stray dogs and trash here and there. Nothing out of the ordinary and nothing that in any way impacts on our stay. Although it could be good to know that it is quite a long walk from Central Festival Mall. We took a taxi from the hotel. The only negative was that it was damp in the room so nothing ever dried up. Even the bedsheets had that ”not-completely-dry” feeling to them. Nothing dried up outside either due to the humidity. Seems like a non-issue considering everything else was absolutely terrific! We loved our stay and absolutely recommend Centara Reserve - we will for sure come back if we go back to Koh Samui again."

"UNDERBART! Det absolut bästa hotell jag någonsin bott på! Rummet med pool var ju helt magiskt, personalen är underbara och vi fick personlig kontakt med de alla. Resuturangen vid stranden är otrolig, frukosten såå bra. Ja, allt var bara helt perfekt!"

"Mycket bra läge, trevlig, hjälpsam och tillmötesgående personal. Helt okej frukost, inte så stort utbud men klart godkänt! Poolen var uppskattad av sonen 5år. Det enda som inte passade mig var sängen. Väldigt väldigt hård. På förfrågan fick jag extra täcke att lägga på sängen vilket gjorde det något bättre. Rekommenderar hotellet!"

"Hela vistelsen var helt fantastisk. Har inte sovit så bra på länge, rummet utsikten allt var bra topp betyg. Frukost väldigt bra bra utbud och väldigt fräscht. Resturangen bästa thaimaten på resan. Det är ett väldigt barnvänligt hotell med mycket att göra för både vuxna och barn. Men vi som var där hittade ställen där vi kunde vara utan att störas. Allt var proffsigt. Och personalen väldigt bra. Hit åker jag gärna igen. "
