The Space:
Villa Charlotte embodies the perfect balance between modern luxury and tropical serenity. Entirely on one level, it spans 250 m² and offers a generous space where elegant design and refined comfort combine. Its four spacious bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, fans, and mosquito nets, open directly onto the terrace, immersing you in a soft and relaxing atmosphere from the moment you wake up.

The bright living room is a true haven of relaxation, with its large bay windows overlooking the garden and infinity pool. The perfectly equipped kitchen will delight both amateur and demanding cooks, with its large countertop and adjoining dining room that can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Outside, the pool house invites you to extend moments of conviviality with a dining area and a shaded lounge. A breathtaking sea view completes this dream setting.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property, with no shared spaces. This includes private access to the villa, the tropical garden, the pool house, and the infinity pool with sea view.

On-site private parking makes your arrival and getting around easy. The entire accommodation has been designed to ensure comfort, privacy, and freedom throughout your stay.

Welcome to Lamai, one of Koh Samui's gems. Villa Charlotte is nestled in a peaceful setting, surrounded by coconut trees, with breathtaking views of the sea, mountains, and jungle. This neighborhood is ideal for those seeking a relaxing atmosphere while remaining close to amenities.

Just a 10-minute drive or scooter ride from Lamai's magnificent beaches, you'll have access to charming beachfront restaurants, lively night markets, renowned spas, and tropical cafes. Lamai maintains an authentic and relaxed ambiance, perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for an escape and comfort.

Getting Around:
To fully enjoy the island, a car or scooter is recommended. Villa Charlotte has private parking, making your travels easy and flexible.

Taxis and ride-sharing services (like Bolt or Grab) are also available on request. If you prefer not to drive, the on-site team can recommend a reliable driver or arrange your transportation.

The beach, restaurants, and shops are accessible within a few minutes by vehicle.

It's highly recommended to have a vehicle.

Water and high-speed Wi-Fi are included.

Electricity is not included in your rent and will be charged based on actual consumption (7 THB/kWh).

Cleaning is done before your arrival and after your departure and is included in the price. An intermediate service is available upon request for 1500 THB.

The garden and pool are regularly maintained for an always impeccable setting.
