This traditional thai villa has 2 bedrooms, en-suite shower bathrooms and aircon throughout.



A fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for 4 and sitting room with TV. An outdoor terrace with dining area and sun lounger.



Enjoy the huge, white sandy beach with sunbeds provided.



Please note that the ferry pier is very nearby on the beach!

The Space:

The terrace is a detached house, sitting on a very quiet property with only 4 homes right on the beachfront.



You have your own secluded space, accessible by driving through a coconut grove. The house itself is surrounded by palm trees and banana trees, and you are only steps away from a gorgeous, huge beach.



The property is private and tucked away from the hustle and bustle, in a quiet area of the island.



A car or scooter is advised so that you can reach restaurants and shops, but there is a 7/11 about 5 minute walk away if necessary.



The property is also very near to Lipa Noi Pier, meaning very easy access for those travelling by ferry from the mainland or other islands.



*Please note that because the beach is next to the ferry pier, sometimes noise can be heard from onboarding/offboarding*



There are two large king bedroom suites, each with

a king bed with soft white sheets, aircon, a wardrobe, additional clothes rail and a dressing table, and an en-suite bathroom with shower for each bedroom.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay: a fridge, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. There is a handy outdoor kitchen for cooking if you want the smells to stay outside, with the double gas stove and additional sink.



There is a large open plan sitting area with a sofa and two armchairs, and a TV if you would like to relax after a day at the beach. The sitting room also has aircon.



Outdoors, this 2-bed property has a large private terrace with additional covered seating area, and a sun lounger. There is a hose and tap at the bottom of the terrace to wash sandy feet before entering the property.



This property is not suitable is you are afraid of dogs or nervous around them, as there are some stray dogs on the beach and in the area. If you walk from the villa to the main road at night they like to approach you or bark, so please don't book if you are afraid of dogs and don't have a vehicle.
