Welcome to our 4-bedroom seaview villa in the peaceful Bangpor area. Enjoy stunning sea views and vistas of Koh Samui Koh Phangan from the terrace and private pool. Located just minutes from the main street, you can easily park and take a short stroll to the beach through a charming beachfront restaurant. Perfect for a serene and elegant getaway.



View point from villa’s terrace, you will see the wild sea-view vista and Phangan Island. There is free parking area at the lower level or you can park the nearest area which is in front of the building. The pool can be access from the living room and bedroom’s door.



Guest will be able to access to these living area of the whole villa



Upper Floor which is contained with 4 Bedrooms, Kitchen, Living room, Terrace, and Private pool



Please note: Due to its hillside location, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is required to access the villa safely.

During guest’s stay period. There is Guest’s group for you to request for any issues or suggestion along your stay until departure date.



Pre-arrival date: Villa admin will use the contact number information in booking detail to communicate with the guest before few days before arrival date to make sure for transport shuttle option, meeting point or any preferred requests to noted.

Taxi Shuttle Reservation: Please reserve in advance and also provide flight no., number of guests and baggage. In case you book taxi service by yourself, please make sure the driver should know-well about villa road and area to avoid raising up the price in the ending



Arrival date: Admin will be waiting for your coming at the villa and assist you to coordinate with taxi driver to make sure you will arrive at the villa perfectly

Please kindly prepare Damage Security Deposit in amount of 10,000 Thai Baht or 300 Euro/Dollars



Depart date: Admin will be at the villa for checking-out the guest and return the key. We will coordinate in advance before depart date for well-preparing the shuttle and make sure you will arrive the airport in time base on your flight information.



Damage Security Deposit will be deduct with the other additional fees during stay by these following detail

Laundry by partner's shop Process of Pick up, Wash, Ironing, Deliver

Damage Charge *Price will be charge to the guests with FINE RATE which will be higher than market price including with processes of re-providing fee*



Basic Rule to know

Smoking will be allowed in area of outside building terrace.

Music sound should not reach to the neighbor area.

Damage on furniture or guest’s amenity will be charged to guest fee for cleaning or buy new in case can't return to the original condition or not be able to serve the other guests.

Please keep the pool towels away from pool to avoid falling into the pool, that can be color damage on towels and can’t not cleaning.
