“The location is nice, about a 10-minute walk from the main bus and island ferry terminals. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, but still features some pretty tasty local restaurants and a convenience store nearby. The service is limited in some ways (reception hours, etc as stated in advance) but very friendly and responsive.

“It’s pretty clear that this hotel/staff didn’t care at all about guest situation. Zero empathy, zero omoiyari, zero hospitality. They don’t tolerate late check in even for just about 20 minutes late after 9PM. My plane arrived 25 minutes late and they just didn’t care at all. Unbelievable.”
