“This place is a hidden gem. Although there was some issues with communication due to the language barrier they were minor. The place was clean, quiet, the staff was very helpful and professional. It’s close to the airport, spacious, well decorated, and the breakfast was a delicious unexpected treat. The free airport shuttle was appreciated as well. I was very happy with Rowan and his staff. "Positivt: Fint, rent rum med direkt utsikt över stranden och havet. Fantastisk frukostbuffet. Pampig kolonialbyggnad med fantastiskt läge. Utsikt hela vägen till Colombo skyline. Härligt pooldäck. Negativt: Kunde inte bada i havet pga för stora vågor. Restaurangen vid stranden var stängd. På pooldäcket fanns endast ett fåtal parasoller, så det gällde att få tag i ett snabbt då det är för hett att ligga i solen. Otroligt långsam service när man beställde mat eller dryck vid poolen eller i baren. Ignorant personal, plockade inte undan matrester så det var många kråkor som samlades på pooldäcket. Väldigt fuktigt och nedgånget i de långa korridorerna i vår flygel. Dåligt skyltat, vi gick som i en labyrint innan vi väl hittade från vårt rum till receptionen. "
