Staff assigned my party th wrong room. King instead of double queen. When I questioned the booking miscue the desk staff said there was nothing they could do because the property was full. I grabbed a rollaway bed returned to my room. My fell asleep and we’re awoken by the sound of someone trying to enter our room. I prevented the guests from entering our room and then the phone rang. We were informed we had indeed been assigned the wrong room. We were asked to pack up our items an move…. Mind you it’s after midnight. We were greeted at the door of our room by a staff member with a new key. We attempted to enter our new (un clean) room…. But couldn’t as our key wasnt working. Long story but probably worst customer service I’ve encountered in years. We got to bed around 12:30am and there were no apologies - only excuses. Guests near us were loud and our hallway smelled like dirty diapers. Room was un clean and there was urine on the surfaces of our bathroom. 0/10

The staff is so nice, always asking if everything is ok. Property is nicely kept and doors are locked at night for extra security, only can enter with a card key. I’ve stayed multiple times and would stay again.

They checked us into a dirty room; I’m a mom with two children traveling alone. They then tried to give us an occupied room that contained a large angry man when the door was opened by staff. Additionally, the manager was abrasive when I was requesting a refund, and attempted to offer a 3rd room. I would sleep in my car, as opposed to stay here; my children agreed as we left without having another room booked at a different hotel.

Very nice hotel! Very friendly staff. Even received a call to our room if everything was good ! (First time of that!). Though our room carpet could have been cleaner. Found clipped finger nails.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! We called asking for an early check-in and they willingly took our number to call us if they happened to get one ready early. Were super sweet with my sons who kept buying treats from the “store”. Even called us to let us know we left something behind within an hour of us checking out so we could return to grab it. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Booked a 2 Queen bed room but they put us in one King room. After pointing out it was their mistake we avoided the $10 charge for the uncomfortable roll-out bed. Room had a Strong floral fragrance. Staff were friendly and breakfast was decent. Price was good compared to competition but might look for a bit nicer place for a few extra bucks next time.

Heavy cigarette smoke up and down 3rd floor hall and in my room and other family members room. I complained and was told no smoking in hotel allowed. Third day there they informed me they found smokers and kicked them out. I was not offered another room and requested discount on my bill and was told I couldn’t.

Clean, comfortable, and great breakfast!
Staying at the La Quinta is always a treat! The staff is incredibly friendly, they kept the front walk salted and cleared when a terrible storm moved through, and the breakfast is beyond what you find at most hotels. Fresh fruit, hot eggs, toast, waffles, you name it. Our room was spotless enough to allow my toddler to run around with no worries.

I stayed at this hotel several times while waiting for my house to close. The rooms were clean, the staff is always helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

The price exceeds all other hotels in the area. No bathtub in any room. They also charge a 75 damage deposit that I still haven’t got back probably a couple times now. I will not stay at this hotel again.
