Welcome to Villa Coucous, your perfect base for a wonderful holiday by the sea! This stylish holiday home is set in a quiet area of Koksijde, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Park your car easily on the private driveway and let your holiday begin.



Inside, you are welcomed into a cosy dining area that flows seamlessly into the inviting living room. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals and enjoying quality time together.



On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a modern shower room and a separate toilet.



Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, each with a double bed and plenty of storage space. The spacious fourth bedroom features two bunk beds, making it ideal for children or larger families. The bathroom is equipped with both a shower and a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.



Outside, a sunny garden with terrace awaits – the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or end the day with a relaxing aperitif.



Villa Coucous enjoys an excellent location: the beach is just a 5-minute walk away, the charming village of Sint-Idesbald can be reached in 11 minutes on foot, and the shopping street of Koksijde is also within walking distance. Here, you can enjoy the perfect blend of peace, comfort and the vibrant atmosphere of the Belgian coast.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €750. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
