The location on the island is a great asset, adjacent to the river, yet close to the center of Kolobrzeg and only 2 km from the beautiful sandy beach. The Kolobrzeg Lighthouse is also just over 2 km from the property. Popular attractions to visit while in Kolobrzeg are the pier (2.2 km) or the Museum of Wax Figures (2 km). The road from the object to the center, where the Oceanarium lies - 13 minutes walk, and to the City Hall - 16 minutes. The neighborhood is well developed, so you will find everything you need in the neighborhood. Numerous retail and service outlets and restaurants are nearby. The estate also has an underground parking lot where you can leave your car.
