It was spacious, the cleanliness was unparalleled, the room had everything you could need-fresh towels and room service every day, tv, blanket, toiletries, coffee AND homemade complimentary cookies! The staff and owners are AMAZING! They will be sure you have the best experience. We had breakfast, dinner and drinks at the restaurant downstairs EVERY night and the food WILL NOT disappoint! OMG!...
âVery nice place. Large rooms, simple but good breakfast, friendly staff and a beautiful patio. We had booked a king size bed but got two separated queen sized beds, so contact the hotel to make sure you get the room you booked. Ask the staff for a tour and they'll tell you the history of the buildings. The Hacienda VIP, which is located next door, has a bit fancier rooms, but we prefered the Hacienda since it felt a bit more homy and a little less quiet (even though it was very quiet too).â

âThis is the second time I'm staying here. I love this place, it's quiet, the sun hits the pool perfectly, so relaxing in it makes it wonderful. The rooms are excellent and the beds are so comfy... I'm coming back every time. Gotta say too, the staff makes the stay really pleasant as well. â

The hotel was comfortable, clean and it was a nice walk to the center. The room was big and well ventilated. The common areas are very nice. A very nice retreat when you need a break from the adventures of traveling.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only thing was the breakfast that consists of white bread, butter and jam. I would have liked a bit more. Or at least a fridge where you could put your own food, and a kettle...
âLovely hotel in the best part of Merida city. Loved the pool area. We had a huge room with two big beds. Nice with chairs outside to sit and relax and watch our kids swim. We had breakfast included and that we had in the cafe. You could chose one thing of the ordinary breakfast menu. Great food!
