Our Tiny House a charming by the pond retreat, perfect for a family holiday or a romantic weekend. Surrounded by nature, you'll find peace and comfort here, enjoying both pond views and the amenities of an air-conditioned interior. It's an excellent base for exploring the beauty of the Świętokrzyskie region.



The Space:

This cosy Tiny House has been designed with your comfort in mind. It fits up to 5 people. Despite its compact size, you'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay. The interior is air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable temperature regardless of the weather, and heating guarantees pleasant conditions throughout the year.



The kitchen is fully equipped, including a stove and oven, so you can prepare your favourite meals. You also have a refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and tableware, such as wine glasses, at your disposal. In the living room or bedroom, you'll find comfortable places to relax, and extra pillows and blankets will provide even greater comfort.



In the bathroom, a hairdryer and body soap await you. Safety has also been taken care of with a smoke detector and fire extinguisher installed.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire cottage and the adjacent garden, which is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. A grill, a fire pit, and outdoor furniture are at your disposal to make your time together even more enjoyable.



Firewood can be purchased on-site for 100 PLN.



We provide direct access to the pond, perfect for relaxing by the water. For active guests, bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding trails. Free private parking is available on-site.



Pets are welcome, and if you plan to bring them with you, please let us know in advance. The cost for a pet’s stay is 40 PLN per pet per night.

Nearby, you'll find numerous tourist attractions to enrich your stay. The Świętokrzyskie region is famous for its beautiful landscapes, hiking, and cycling trails. It's a perfect place for anyone who appreciates peace and proximity to nature, while also having access to interesting places to visit.



Getting Around:

You can reach Tiny House by car, using national road No. 42 and then local access roads. The property offers free private parking on site, ensuring convenience and security.



The distance from Końskie is approximately 10 kilometres. The nearest larger cities, such as Kielce, are about 60 kilometres away, allowing for easy access from various parts of Poland.



Other Things to Note:

Organising parties is allowed, but we kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours and the surroundings.



The property is not fenced.
