“We loved this hotel for it's ambience that included artwork, guest lounges and nice gardens. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The property uses sustainable practices to minimize use of plastic and waste. Our only complaint was being woken up early by the noise of voices in a nearby room. Rodrigo was particularly helpful given our limited Spanish skills.”

“Very charming hotel with a historic feel to it and an excellent location in Cerro Alegre right by the Victoria funicular on a pedestrian only strip (car drop off 2 minutes walk on Montt and Dimalow). The area can get noisy on Saturday night but is safe and the views from the hotel are breathtaking and worth the trip. The room was spacious, beautiful and clean, the bed very comfortable.
