Expertly designed by renowned architects, our apartment offers a stylish and inviting space that's perfect for couples or small groups of friends seeking a peaceful retreat that's still within easy reach of the island's many attractions.

With sunny and warm weather all year round, Warmth & Charm Apt is the ideal place to soak up the Mediterranean sun and enjoy the island's natural beauty. Relax on the balcony and bask in the warm rays, or head out and explore the island's many beaches, which are just a short drive away.

As you step into Warmth & Charm Apt, you'll be greeted by a beautifully decorated living room, complete with a comfortable sofa bed that's perfect for lounging and relaxing after a day of soaking up the sun.

The living room opens up to a spacious balcony, which is equipped with an outdoor dining table and chairs, making it the perfect spot for enjoying a meal or a glass of wine.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and soft linens, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the island. The room is decorated with tasteful artwork and charming decorative accents that add to the bohemian charm of the apartment.

We've made sure to provide all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a Led smart TV with Netflix, a washing machine, and a stove. You can also enjoy your meals in the apartment's fully equipped kitchen, which features a refrigerator, electric kettle, and coffee maker.

For those who need to stay connected, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, and hot water is available at all times. The apartment is also fully air-conditioned, providing a comfortable indoor environment even on the hottest days.

Warmth & Charm was newly renovated in 2021 by great architects to create a stylish and inviting space that's perfect for a relaxing getaway. We've also included a selection of books and board games, perfect for a cozy night in.

In addition to all of these amenities, we provide private parking space free of charge, making it easy for you to come and go as you please.

In addition, there are several mini markets, a bakery, a grill restaurant, a pharmacy, a meat market, and a grocery store just a few meters away, making it easy to stock up on essentials and enjoy a home-cooked meal in the comfort of the apartment.

In addition, there are several mini markets, a bakery, a grill restaurant, a pharmacy, a meat market, and a grocery store just a few meters away, making it easy to stock up on essentials and enjoy a home-cooked meal in the comfort of the apartment.

The city center, the port, nearby beaches as well as historical monuments, the movement can be done on foot. For transportation to the villages or to the airport there are bus stops and a taxi rank nearby. Alternatively, you can rent a car, motorbike or bicycle.

Quiet Hours 23.00-08.00 and 15.00-17.30.
Please respect the building and the other neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours which are from 11 pm to 8 am and 2 pm to 5 pm. We kindly ask that you refrain from playing loud music or engaging in any activities that may disturb other residents of the building or the neighborhood.

Please treat the apartment with care and respect. Any damages or breakages that occur during your stay will be your responsibility to repair or replace. Please notify us immediately if any damage occurs, and we will work with you to find a reasonable solution. We reserve the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required after their stay.

Please do not bring any additional guests to the apartment without prior approval. We have a maximum occupancy of three guests, and we ask that you respect this limit for the safety and comfort of all guests.

Finally, please ensure that you lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment and that you turn off all lights and appliances when not in use to conserve energy.
