“The room was spacious and comfortable. The facilities are old but clean (though I noticed some water stains in the toilet).
The check-in staff was kind and helpful, but the person I spoke with on the phone tried to charge extra for breakfast even though it was already included, which felt unreliable.
However, the bath and breakfast were excellent, so I’m satisfied overall and would stay again.”
“What a delightful place to stay! Cannot praise the staff enough! They were all so helpful, friendly and accomodating. Some English speaking staff, who were honestly the best we met in our two week stay in Japan. We were told that they don’t get many English-speaking visitors and we were the only ones there, which my teen son and I loved. We love immersing in the Japanese experience when visiting, and this hotel definitely offered this.

"A good business hotel close to the station - just 5min walk. Sad that i could not use the onsen since i was tattoed. Was prepared for it but no prior information about it beforehand. But quite happy with the stay and the staff was very friendly "
