Wonderful staff! Helpful with literally everything we requested. Will definitely come back. Rooms were lovely modern, spacious and with AC.

Negativ: Waschbecken immer Zimmer sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Dusche hat das Zimmer geflutet. Keine Heizung im Bad (sehr kalt) und aus dem Duschkopf kam überall Wasser raus. Nur zwei Steckdosen im Zimmer und keine am Bett. Positiv: gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal

住宿體驗
由於前一天與同事同住"標準套房, 1 張標準雙人床和 1 張沙發床"的房型，所以相對來說"標準雙人房, 1 張標準雙人床"好多了，只是Roca飯店若是商務需求的話，建議至少要有多孔的插座或延長線；另外洗手台旁邊就不要當書桌使用，因為檯面偏淺；最後浴室的隔板胖一點的人會有點困難，廁紙感覺放很久了，還好有一盒面紙；若有價錢等因素，可以試試

There is room for improvement
It is very disappointing to sleep in a hotel where there is a constant electrical pumping noise outside your window when you shut the window to avoid the noise the air conditioner in your room does not work and to make it worse the hotel held a wedding reception where the party went all night without notifying there customers that you will get no sleep all night because of the loud noise. There was no selection of English on free to air Tv including Netflix and YouTube. The breakfast was satisfactory please provide a towel over your bread and tongs should be made available for all selections. No English labels on any of the breakfast selections including the coffee machine. They don’t encourage foreign tourists.

For this room price I expected little bit more, but room was clean. Restaurant was… bad… because of the staff. The waiter has another interest than his work - some girl. I can understand a little, but the people in the restaurant had empty glasses. After 20 minutes without any drink I payd and left.

Silencioso. Distante do centro, mas com condução pública fácil. Apesar de ser internacional, não havia cardápio em inglês. Café da manhã muito bom.

Disappointment
Arrived at midnight after a delayed flight. Door was locked. Had to use call button to get in. Check-in was okay. Elevator was dirty and musty. Appears they are doing renovations. Room numbers were written on wall next to doors. Room very musty and warm, small, bathroom dingy. Door opening to shower area is very narrow. This hotel markets itself as upper end but definitely not. Very disappointed.

A pleasant, comfortable stay
Our second stay here, at the end of the holiday. Standard was as good as on our previous stay, breakfast even better. Staff kept our phone charger safe (we forgot it in the room) and gave it back to us on our second stay. Excellent parking facilities and the Occitane body wash freely available in the shower and wash basin is a very nice touch. We really liked the walk-in showers.Thank you.

Good hotel in Kosice with a real shower
It was a nice hotel with an actual shower. Most hotels in Kosice do not have standup showers, but have bathtubs with a shower head, which means that you will have to sit down to give yourself a shower. The place was clean, and the bed was good. There is a buzzing noise that comes from the power slot where you put your access card in to turn on the lights. If you want it to be quiet at night, pull out the card. The location is fairly industrial, but it is a short drive to the historic quarter. There isn't much within a 15-minute walk of the hotel. Breakfast was good.

Auf Geschäftsreise - Aufenthalt für eine Nacht. Das Personal am Empfang ist sehr nett. Das Zimmer war sauber, alles ok. Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar. Wenige Minuten zum Flughafen - für mich optimal.

Měla jsem pokoj s okny k hlavní silnici, což přinášela hluk z aut a tramvají. Pokoj byl velmi malinký, působil až stísněným dojmem. Postel na jakémsi podstavci se schodkem, aby se do ní dalo vlézt zepředu. Byla vladtně vtlačená mezi zdi bez nočního stolku. Dokonce i umyvadlo bylo zabudováno do psacího stolku v pokoji, v koupelně už na něj nebylo místo. Personál i kuchyň ale byli ok. Jen ke snídanimohla být trošku lepší káva a výběr. Po dobu pobytu byl problém s připojením a na TV nebylo naladěné téméř nic.

Výborný hotel pro pracovní cestu.
Výborný hotel pro pracovní cestu. Dobrý dojezd, parkování, wifi, snídaně. Okolí industriální, hotel je u hlavní cesty s tramvajovou tratí, nad ránem je to slyšet.
