We appreciate your feedback but you've listed numerous untruths that are obviously intended to damage our reputation. *Firstly, as a guest of our hotel and restaurant, you were aware of the terms and prices of our services clearly stated in price-lists. *What you thought that lobster costs 12.00€/kg and not 120.00€/kg as highlighted in the menu, is not our fault. *Private, tailor made tours that you have used are always more expensive than taxi rides and as such are clearly indicated in our offer that you have accepted. *The hotel manager was present every day during your stay but you asked for his presence - but only on the last day just before check out, requesting for discount. *If you have any comments that really relate to our service and quality of service, feel free to write to us as we really do our best to appreciate any constructive suggestions from our valued guests. Our results and numerous reviews tells the most about us. Thank you.
