“This hotel was a bit of a let-down for us. It’s weird, to be a Hilton. There’s no good shop in the hotel, you can only buy coke and water. No other drinks. The Pool is too cold. The housekeeping didn’t really clean our room, didn’t do a good job at all. Just sloppy. The staff though is friendly and kind and lovely. The Italian restaurant was great. Overall, an ok stay. ”

“It is truly an amazing place! My family was welcomed right upon arrival by Ms Honda. She was so wonderful, she treated us like family! The time that the staff took to prepare the meals was great! The breakfast was delicious! Very quiet place, peaceful and beautiful views. The Tokei room was stunning. It's definitely worth the money. 10/10! Way better than a hotel stay!”

“Large apartment that comfortably accommodated our family of 5. Beautiful grounds. The kids loved the pool. Great location to visit Heart Rock and the Ocean Tower as well as key sights about 30 minutes away, including Churaumi Aquarium, Nakijin-jo ruins, and waterfalls in the north and near Nago. Great restaurant at the resort. A car is a necessity. ”
