The tenement house in which our hotel is located was also built in the 19th century, and we tried to preserve as many historical elements as possible - including the stairs, which have undergone renovation.We are glad that the location suits you, we are located in the city center, 5 minutes from the main square and the cloth hall. Many guests appreciate the location of our hotel.Sleep is an important element of the day, so we are happy that the quality of our beds met your expectations and that you were able to sleep well.We are sorry that our staff did not meet your expectations. We are really happy to know that you spent here some quality time and that your stay in Kraków was successful :)Our hotel is located just outside the strict city center, so all of the most beloved tourist attractions are in the vicinity and you can reach them either on foot (eg. the Main Market - not even 10 minutes of a peaceful stroll away) or by using public transportation. Additionally, since we are on a little side street, the interior of our hotel is really quiet and calming. So no matter the purpose of your travel, there are plenty of possibilities to fulfill it!Thank you for appreciating the hard work of our staff - every day, we try to meet and exceed the expectations of our guests by catering to all their needs and wants. The reception is the first line of contact, so don't you ever hesitate to message us with all your pending questions or problems. The housekeeping department takes care of the spotless cleanliness of the hotel, while the restaurant personnel prepares our delicious and varied breakfasts in the form of a buffet.
