We have to also say that pointing out that you were always being treated kindly is a precious compliment and we thank you for it. Auschwitz is a one-of-a-kind place and it certainly is worth visiting, that is why every Guest can book a trip there with a professional guide with language of their choosing. You can do that whenever you like, most Guests book their trips as they book their room. Then in the price you have a pick-up from the Hotel and your drivers gets you back to the Hotel after. We are sorry that your whether was not perfect but it also was not the fault of our Hotel so we feel disappointed because of your 4/5 rating.
