Szanowni Państwo, Dziękujemy za przesłaną opinie. Pragniemy tylko przypomnieć gościom którzy u nas rezerwują, ze nasz obiekt nie jest hotelem a tylko pokojami gościnnymi w centrum Starego Miasta. Wynajmujemy tylko umeblowane pokoje, co zresztą praktykuje się na całym świecie, bez dodatkowych usług. Kamienica jest zabytkowa, XVII w., pokoje 45/50m2, urządzone meblami autentycznymi, z epoki czego nie znajdzie się w żadnym polskim hotelu.Podobny pokój w Hiszpanii kosztowałby ok 300 Euro, w Polsce, w Krakowie zaledwie ok 150euro. Nasze oferty, w tym ceny i opis apartamentów, są precyzyjne i jeśli ktoś rezerwuje u nas to oznacza to ze akceptuje nasze ceny. Każdy apartament ma świetnie wyposażona kuchnie i goście są zadowoleni ze nie podajemy śniadań gdyż to pozwoli im mieć większy kontakt z miastem,zwłaszcza ze jest to w samym centrum Starego Miasta. Nasza ulica jest znana ze sklepów otwartych od 6h00 rano do 23/24h wieczorem, jak i z restauracji i zkawiarni których wokół naszego obiektu, w odległości 20-50m jest około 80. Posiadamy od 10 lat pierwsze miejsce w Trip Advisor i jak dotąd nie zauważyliśmy skarg na zbyt wysokie ceny i brak śniadań. Przykro nam, że tylko to państwo zauważyliście. Mycket fina lägenheter allt bra!
Fantastiska lägenheter med perfekt läge i gamla stan. Utmärkt service och väldigt bra städning av rummen. Rummen ser väldigt fina ut på bilderna och är faktiskt lika fina i verkligheten. Nära till bra och mycket bra restauranger. Varmt rekomendrrat på alla plan!

Två dagar i Krakow
Det enda minuset med rummet var sängens bredd. Att ha endast 140 cm bredd är inte så bekvämt för två långa kraftiga personer. Krakow var för övrigt en jättemysig stad, med gångavstånd till det mesta man som turist i ett par dagar behöver.

Helg i Krakow!
Ett väldigt litet härligt Hotel med en personal som ställde upp till 100% och verkligen gav allt. Område i yttre delen av gamla stan var kan, bara hundra meter från torget där allt hände. Nackdelen är ju parkeringsplatser, men om man bokade i förväg så fixade hotellet inhängnad och övervakad p-plats.

Prisvärd, stor och central lägenhet.
Fin lägenhet, mitt i centrala Krakow. Egentligen helt perfekt för oss, men då det var extremt varmt i Krakow och det saknades AC i lägnheten behövde vi ha öppna fönster, fläktarna räckte inte till. Vi stördes tyvärr av att berusade människor väsnades långt in på småtimmarna ute på gatan som alla fönster vette ut mot. Säkert inget problem vid mer "normala temperaturer".

Fin lägenhet med fantastiskt läge.
Mycket fin lägenhet med ett fantastiskt läge nära Rynek Glówny (stora torget). Stor lägenhet med 3 dubbelsängar, soffgrupp, matbord med stolar, fullt utrustat kök, TV, musikmaskin (ingen dockningsstation) och fräscht badrum med badkar.Städning dagligen. Vi provade aldrig frukosten utan åt på en restaurang mittemot, en helt OK frukostbuffe för 29 zloty. Ägaren ordnar med transfer till och från flygplatsen för ett bra pris, 80 zloty för upp till 6 personer. Lägenheten finns EJ på hemsidan, kallas Tower apartment och ligger i en separat byggnad och närmare torget än de andra lagenheterna.

Fantastiskt läge
Mycket stor, ren och bra lägenhetshotell. Läget alldeles invid stora torget, bättre läge finns inte. Nära till nöjen, restauranger, sevärdheter m.m. Rummet mycket välutrustat, nyrenoverat, rent och fräscht. Inredning dock lite daterad men dock funktionell. Vi reste som familj med två barn, 6 och 10 år gamla. Mycket bra! Skulle kunna tänka mig att bo här igen.

Vi hade det toppenbra. Det var jag och mina 2 vuxna döttrar som verkligen uppskattade allt med detta hotell. Fullt utrustat kök samt en personlig och trevlig inredning.

Not great but definately good
Nice and helpful staff. The loft room is incredibly nice with interesting interior design that unfortunately smells of cigarettes here and there (including the bed on the bottom floor of the loft). The location couldn't be better! All in all an interesting experience, but next time I visit Krakow I'll try another place for this kind of money.

Fantastic Stay In Krakow
Wonderful, spacious townhouse with plenty of character and brilliant location. We had a brilliant stay with excellent service, here are a few tips and pointers that will help you. The reception is NOT manned, we were made aware of this several times in advance of our stay and they rang us on the day to arrange a time for them to be there and great us. Barbara was absolutely excellent, super friendly and spoke excellent English. She was available by phone throughout the stay if we needed her, although everything was so good that we didn't need to use her services further. If you need to park the car, they had an arrangement with a local parking area which was manned. Note this this is easy to drive past so please see the picture I've enclosed. You need to drive through the archway into the car park. The archway is tight. We got a big car through it, but there wasn't much room either side. The lady i the car park speaks little English, but we were able to communicate with her. The balcony is nice, but doesn't overlook anything very pretty so we didn't use it. The cooking area is good and well stocked for cooking items, however although there was a coffee machine, make sure you get some coffee and milk as this isn't provided. The location is fantastic, 2 minutes to the main square but in a quiet area. Good local restaurant, we particularly recommend Domowe Przysmaki 20 yards away with good service, good prices and traditional food.

Beautiful old house in the center
We had the biggest apartment. It was very nicely decorated, very spacious and everything was very clean. Two bathrooms, very good towels. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Location- perfect. The only problem (which was a big one for us as non-smokers) was the smell of tobacco in the common corridors but partly also in the apartment because of the ventilation (especially in the bedroom on the second floor).

the location was really convenient, right at the edge of the old town - the St Mary's Church and Christmas market is like 5-minute walk from the apartment! service is top notch and Dominika is very responsive. my friend and I also like the decor of the room very much~

We stayed in The Poets room. It is one flight up from the street. The room was beautiful and spacious. We never really used the full kitchen. Although there is no full-time desk staff, they are available quickly if you need them. The room was cleaned everyday. It is a very short walk to the main square. Lots of great restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. I would definitely stay at this location if I return to Krakow.

Le logement est de caractère décoré avec goût, le lit est confortable, les draps sont en satin (tb sommeil). L'appartement est fonctionnel avec une cuisine équipée, des couverts, de la vaisselle. Une bouteille d'eau dans le réfrigérateur. Un restaurant se trouve dans le même bâtiment que l'appartement, repas de haute qualité suggéré par le guide Michelin. L'accueil est chaleureux, et on parle français.

Gorgeous & Special Place to Stay
We stayed in the Loft - on the top floor, and this place was great - meticulously clean (even under the beds), light & bright, the AC was a dream, the owners were sweet, and the locations was ideal - right next to the Old Town Square, and across the street from Zabka, a convenience store. It's a 7-minute walk from the parking lot, but if you take an Uber, I think they can drop off closer than that (but not right in front). It was ridiculously clean, and the bathrooms were nice, with wall heaters for hanging wet towels. The beds were comfortable & bedding was fluffy, clean, crisp, white, down-filled, and perfect. The sights & sounds from the 2 living room windows were divine.

Excellent stay. Beautiful apartment.
I LOVED this space; so beautiful and unique. One of my favorite stays I've had. the whole place just feels good. The staff is helpful upon arrival (I do recommend that you send them your preferred way of contact because they meet you when you arrive to show you the space -- I used WhatsApp). It is on the 3rd or 4th floor, which was not a problem for me, and there is someone to carry your luggage up and down should you need assistance. All the amenities are there for cooking (pots, pans, microwave, toaster, coffee maker), shower (towels, soap), hair dryer, and the like. It was tidied up daily. Was nice and quiet when the windows are closed, and the air conditioner works wonderfully! I also love that there are so many big windows that really brighten up the whole space, but that there are blackout curtains to keep the early morning sun out. As for location -- excellent. Walking distance to Old Town central market, Jewish quarter, anywhere really. There is also a lot of great food nearby. WiFi isn't the best, and was spotty throughout the house, but worked fine when sitting at the table. I wouldn't want to be working remote and taking video calls. But for vacay, who cares? Highly recommended.

Apartment NOT for seniors
We always stay in hotels, not apartments. We chose this apartment for its close proximity to the historic center and it was well located. On the negative, no one was ever at the front desk to help with any tourist info, staircase was dark and dangerous, floor has a large step up for bed and breakfast area. We are in our 70’s NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SENIORS
